Can we please all agree that these consoles and its upgraded versions are outdated pieces of shit. Really console games shine only if the game is linear or the open world game is open in short burst by completing certain missions. But when it comes to real open world games like PUBG, Ark Survival Evolved, etc. is clear that these consoles can't handle those type of games. Day Z on consoles will also be impossible to run on consoles. Forget Black Desert on consoles that game will melt cons...
True but it does not destroy all PC games. Death Stranding can live to its full potential if is released on PC. Imagine this game on PC at native 4K 60-90 frames per second, FOV, using NVIDIA gameworks, ragdoll physics, photorealistic body/facial animations, mod support, the choice to play with either gamepad or kb and m. The PC is capable of offering that and so much more why stick to outdated console hardware is beyond me.
LoL is just trying to make the game more realistic. Really game over screen what is this the 90s. He is right, the game over or you died screen scenario has not changed. There are stakes to games that when you died you lose your gear and weapons. Dark Souls may be one of those games.
I disagree except for MGS 4 which was more cinematic than actual gameplay. I need to play MGS5. MGS3 show a wide variety of gameplay mechanics from cqc, healing via patching solid snake using bandages, herbs, ointments, etc., to adding fatigue and starvation. Snake not eating left him unable to aim properly, pass out , or blurry vision. Zone of the enders from flying, shooting, evading, robot hand to hand combat.... I agree, Kojima san knows how to make videogame masterpieces. From Metal Gear (one of the rare gaming franchises that not only advanced the series story and visuals but managed to change the gameplay mechanics, design, location, atmosphere, sound and music for each entry in the series [Playing MGS5 is completely different from playing MGS4 which was a huge departure from MGS 3]).
