True, but there is a huge portion of pc gamers like myself that are upgrading their pcs after 5-6 years from not upgrading their 2009-2011 gaming PCs 😀.
The base xbox one and ps4 were as good as my 2011 gaming PC:
AMD Phenom 2 quad core processor
NVIDIA GTX 480
4gb DDR2 ram
500gb Western Hard Drive
Which was capable of running games like tomb raider remake at native 1080p 60 frames per second.
Both NVIDIA GTX 1060 and AMD 480x are capable of running games at native 1440p 60 frames per second.
Just stop and admit that console hardware is outd...
Most PC gamers can run their games at 1440p 60-90 frames per second. 1080p 60 frames per second on PC has been the standard since 2005. Native 4K 60 frames per second will take off on PC starting 2018
Most likely yes
Great game for $30.00 proving that a team of 200 or 500 people is not needed. It prove that mainstream game developers don't know how to budget their game and are suffering from economies of scale.
I doubt this game is coming to consoles. Most console gamers don't care about this game anymore
How long has Star Citizen being in early access??
Not really, PC does offer some good exclusives but most of PC exclusives lack the marketing/hype of console exclusives. Some of these PC exclusives did not even get mentioned:
Sweet Home
Dark Wood
Vaporum
Oriental Empires
Hollow Knight
Endless Space 2
Seven days gone
Spellforce 3 got released after the game awards.
I am just surprised that the game awards did not happen after 2017 e...
I am confused, no best horror game and racing got combined with sports. Does it mean there were no good racing games this year or what. An early access game getting nominations that is messed up. Vaporum got totally ignored, Fortnite which is PUBG but is more cartoony did not got nominated....
Net Neutrality is not going anywhere, there is a delay to the decision. Fixing our taxes and medical is extremely important. This may not be as important or high priority, but is better that the government regulates lootboxes/microtransanctions than letting game developers/publishers get any more greedier. We need to start somewhere, if us gamers can't even tell corporations no to their anti-consumer practices what chances do we have in letting our politicians to do their job.
True, but Activision is forcing you to re-buy the same content you already bought through the Osiris DLC. You don't purchase the Osiris DLC you lose access to the content you already bought.
Is clear that game publishers/developers will not police themselves and hold themselves from anti-consumer practices. Gamers have done nothing to solve this issue. Is time for our government to control the greediness of the game creators and publishers
Yes, burn EA burn for being greedy
Damn, no sales yet for GPU cards
I am getting ready to buy a hat in time. Good list
How has regulation destroyed or prevented people from drinking alcohol, gambling, etc. Regulation is there to prevent not hurt them. Corporations on the other hand have pretty much bought America, killed competition, made everyone agreed that labor unions were terrible, etc. I prefer lootboxes and microtransanctions to be regulated and legislated by our governments. If anyone thinks that game developers/publishers will stop being greedy you are wrong.
If I am a 15 year old kid that got his/her first part time job and gets addicted to lootboxes then what. Children are incapable of self control
I do agree with some of the games on this list, surprised Vaporum is not even mentioned or Sweet Home.
Don't worry it may show up on consoles in 2018 or 2019. The first Divinity did came to consoles a year later after all.
Ha ha ha ha well for one xbox one x games run at 30 frames per second and another the PCs of today with NVIDIA GTX 1070, 1080, Titan X are capable of Native 4K 60 or 30 frames per second. The PC gamers that bought the $200.00 AMD 480x are running their games at.native 1440p or 2K 60 frames per second. End of discussion.
