I am going to suggest how the "fake, cheap, and ugly" design of the object in this video - whether or not it is "totally fake" - improves over the original PlayStation 3 design.

so Echochrono uses time (instead of perspective) as the main puzzle element. Maybe in Echoshift you control the environment but not the character.
I bought this game when it came out and still have it. Voice acting and animation are spot-on, and Andy Serkis is an amazing bad guy. It may be short, but there's never an "un-fun" moment. Like the article says, great characters that feel real and keep you interested.
I'm really bummed Ninja Theory kinda disowned it. It should be in a red box, and it should be getting some kind of follow-up.

yeah I didn't really get why people were freaking out over the patent for EE emulation. It's THE OTHER CHIP they haven't done yet, and it's THE OTHER CHIP they need to emulate before PS2 games will work on PS3! Nobody paid anybody off for exclusivity, sony is not trying to make more money off PSN, and firmware updates did not cause this. Hulu is run by companies who want us to pay for cable in order to watch these shows on our televisions, and they will make non-PC hulu as inconvenient/undoable as possible in order to make that happen. Hulu actually just started blocking PS3s from viewing their content. Looks like they don't want anyone watching their shows on TV unless they're paying for cable or something. This means that it probably won't be coming to any other consoles any time soon.
It's not firmware. The article says that hulu is specifically blocking Playstation 3 consoles. Besides, I had the firmware when it dropped, and have been watching hulu daily since, until last night. It actually cut me off in the middle of a show.

yeah I usually just mute people on PSN. There's no grievance system or anything (that I know of) and I do run into the intensely vulgar, racist twelve year old from time to time. It's too late TH, Skate already won me over. Not only did Skate just nail the feel, but if I want to play a skateboarding video game, I'm going to want to sit down and pick up a controller. I skate pretty often, and I'd rather just go out and actually skate than buy an electronic, wheel-less board just so I can do gimped versions of real tricks and watch my third-person avatar perform them on screen. Otherwise, I'm pretty cool with what PS3 does so far. Sure there can always be more, but the playstation is the only thing I use for electronic entertainment in my house. My computer is too old and slow to do anything that's not text-based, and I don't have cable or even basic TV, so my PS3 does all the entertainment stuff, tv on hulu, even one or two tv shows off PSN, movies, games, music... I'm set. The only downside ...
