Nice update. Anyone want an ass whippin?
How'd this turn into a Sony conversation? Oh, that's right...fanboys.I think Osama has everything to do with the Toshiba HD DVD A3, no 1080p support, 7hr Sears sale. That must be it.
More FACTS...
Still can't afford a PS3 huh? I'd be worried too. A multiplatform game, that's NOT a 360 port. Running @ 60fps?! Sad. All you could bring up were your sales hopes and rumble. What about the game?
No rumble? I'll import
No achievements? I gamed before achievements, I'll game after them
Better online play? I'll be on free, lag free PSN
I love how you say FACT like it means something. I bet it sells more on the larger install base too...douche.
$200 for a discontinued HD DVD player? No 1080p? No multichannel analog outputs? If this is a deal, then O.J.'s innocent...
To the guy now above me:
I too was excited about Spidey 3 and left the theater madder than hell. I am a HUGE Spiderman fan and that movie equaled Matrix Revolutions. Damn you Sam Raimi!! While it was not the best of the 3 movies (2 imo is the best super-hero movie ever made), it will sell well simply b/c it's Spiderman. Transformers was good, but I would rather buy the Spiderman Trilogy on BD.
Wait until 10/30. Transformers can't beat Spidey. Didn't at the box office, won't at home or in HD. Sorry.

You do have a global friends list, however, games have their own friends lists as well. Some titles, MotorStorm for example, integrate with the XMB friends list. Leaving the options open is good for devs, but putting the same type of minimum requirements MS has with XBL, it damn near a necessity at this point. Home should "fix" it all. It's the waiting that sucks. Shoot me an add when you get the PS3. PSN : Action Bastrd
Ok.Ok. I'll admit it! I just hear so much focus on what it can't do, I assumed you were following suit. I don't think we'll see any of those features until 2.0 or Home. Until then...
EDIT: The 360 vision cam will work with the PS3. I plugged mine in and it came up with ZERO problems. I personally feel 2.0 will be out in November, but who knows. Especially now that the firmwares have gone from 1.6, 1.7, etc to 1.92, 1.93, etc. At a minimum, it should be available when Home is. T...
I can't ask questions either? Hmm. Enjoy your xmas present.
Can you have more than one person in a video chat session?
Is playing online free?
Can you surf the web from your console?
Can you upgrade your HDD with any standard laptop SATA drive?
Any game on any system you can effectively pick up and play for 5 minutes at a time. That's not what defines a casual game. That is what the Wii pretty much has on lock-down. Just this year, Microsoft started trying to focus on a segment of gamers Nintendo has gotten rich off of. Scene IT! and VP: Party Animals are really their first true attempt tapping that market. It is not accurate to lump GH 2 and card/board game remakes in with a Wii Sports, Wario Ware, Mario Party, Rayman or casual gam...
I thought the 360 was about games. Why focus on children's shows?
The problem is there really aren't any "casual" games on 360. If we were talking about a console that had, at a MINIMUM, the same or similar offerings as the Wii, the Arcade might be something to watch. But the reality is...it's a 360. I feel most gamers interested in this are looking for a cheap way to play Bioshock, Mass Effect, Halo 3, etc. That is more compelling than Boom Boom Rocket or Pac-man.
Capcom should show loyalty to its shareholders. Really, who cares is DMC or RE are on the 360. They're STILL on PS3.
That looks like it will sell like crazy in the Land of the Rising 360.
EDIT: Way to over examine Kigmal. Thanks for a break down of the flag. Kinda sad really.
Releasing the same month as COD4 had me worried. Now maybe the game won't get swallowed up by all the other killer PS3 titles. Here's to hoping...
