Destructoid and Jim Sterling are as good for gaming as the Virtual Boy. And Superman 64.
It's a good game. Feels like a teen GTA.
I'll wait til March. Gives me time to run through DMC4.
@ Dlacy13g
I have no questions on which is better, they both serve their purpose. I only take issue with applying the limitations of one onto the other. If you have no intentions of recording or saving the content you are viewing, then of course 20GB is sufficient. However, with the influx of Tivo and HDDVR capabilities, who wants to just watch pre-recorded content? Of course there are some, but the popularity of DVR suggests we want to store the content as well as view it. IPTV is a g...
I disagree on the EGM/1up claim. They will be the ones blowing Kojima and praising the PS3. They do it all the time. I listen to a podcast 1 week where Bioshock can turn water to wine, on the next, they are laughing at how no one is talking about it or playing it anymore. It is in their nature. They have a paycheck associated with their "opinions". I rather enjoy N4G where, upon weeding through the hate, real gamers opinions can be shared. Our opinion is far more valuable.
How could anyone think this isn't a system seller? Oops. That's right. 360 fans.
EDIT: @ DrP- Thanks. Fat Finger FTW
So a 20GB HDD is sufficient for multiple HD recording and/or movies...yeah didn't think so. If you really feel they are trying to offer a service, where you need not buy anything, you are exactly who they (being MS) target. All you are doing is playing semantics. You stated both the PS3 and 360 "both share that current problem neither have a TV tuner input". The PS3 offers a TV tuner. If you were speaking about the products "out of the box", you have enough bubbles for me ...
Would you like some cheese with your whine? *wipes tear* I kill me!
Take the PS3 out of your comment. PlayTV is just that, a TV tuner. Thus, the PS3 does have a TV tuner input via the USB PlayTV tuner. There is no streaming to the PS3 via the Internet. PlayTV is not an IPTV service like Microsoft Mediaroom. Just wanted to clarify. Like most MS offerings, they are half-assed. Anyone remember Ultimate TV?
POG: Show me a Sony IPTV post, more importantly, one that is real. They DO NOT offer it (outside of Korea). PlayTV is their product and guess w...
Weren't you claiming the same thing last week? You know, when reports just like this, were appearing? Call MS and let them know how special you are.
Via Xbox.com: Xbox Live and Zune Marketplace users may experience intermittent issues with billing related transactions (such as the purchasing of premium content), presence functionality (such as logging into Xbox Live), posting statistics, storage downloads, matchmaking, and messaging.
I'm off to play on the free ...
How? Live is down.
@ C_SoL
I'm a man of many talents...
Dude, Tobal No.1?! I'd give you a bubble, but you have plenty ;)
I hope and pray Kojima's next PS3 title is ZOE 3. Make it happen.
This game looks fantastic. I can only imagine the types of levels that will come from the community. This is why Sony consoles kick ass.
I don't see how they can expect a BD film to be copied to your PSP, with the current available storage. Remote Play seems much more viable.
Remote Play FTW
All I know is I cannot wait to play this game. Day one purchase. Hate all you want.
Yes. Yes it is.
The PS2 survived it. Quality of games is what keeps a console breathing. No is taking from the 360 the fact that it has some great games. However, what does the future hold? It doesn't look very damn bright, from a games perspective. Has Uncharted stopped selling? Has R&C? Because games don't pull Halo 3 or Mass Effect numbers in 2 months, doesn't mean they have failed.
Great game. For me, as addicting as Pikmin. Well worth $8.
