At least HAZE wasn't a Sony 1st party title. I would actually be embarrassed if it was a Sony published game, but since HAZE is 3rd party and because it's Ubisoft, I really don't care.
It's almost just a shame that reviewers can totally destroy a game title before it's actually released. Reviewers have the power to persuade people to buy a game or not and they know it.

As long as Sony's First Party Shooters Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 meet expectations I'll be happy. I've never been a fan of games from Ubisoft anyways except for the first 3 Splinter Cell games and I liked Free Radical's Timesplitter games. When it comes to game resolution, I think that it really depends on the developer itself.
Uncharted Drakes Fortune runs at 720p on the Playstation 3, and any PS3 owner that has Uncharted will tell you that Uncharted's graphics totally blow away Grand Theft Auto 4's 720p graphics easily.

I don't expect HAZE to get flawless reviews, but I think that HAZE is a solid game title. It's nowhere near on the level of Resistance 2 and it's definantly not anywhere near the level Killzone 2, but I think that this game is worth checking out at least.

Splinter Cell Conviction isn't even comparable to Metal Gear Solid 4. The Metal Gear Solid series will always remain the king of Espoinage Tactical Action and it's just that simple. No Splinter Cell game will ever be a "Metal Gear Killer".

I think that casual games have the potential to "print money" it's just that the majority of 3rd party games on the Wii have been Shovelware.

I'm a PS3 gamer all the way, but I really don't see why Banjoe Kazooie is getting so much hate. The only thing that I'm not so sure about is the majority of the game being in vechicles because that's not how the Original series was intially built, but that's about it because a Platformer is usually a game that is done on foot with occasional vechicles for alternate transportation.
And I have to disagree with people when they say that Banjoe is targeted towards the younger audie...

I wonder why Microsoft hasn't fixed the RROD issue yet. The 360 Elites aren't RROD free even though many claim that they are and it makes me start to wonder if it's even possible for the 360 to be RROD free. I guess Microsoft would have to totally re-design the 360 to make it RROD or something. I've heard some people say that it's the 360's inward concave shap that makes it distribute heat differently and that might be a contributing factor to the RROD as well.

To be totally honest, the 7/10 reviews is what I was expecting from HAZE and I expected HAZE to be just another average shooter.
The only PS3 shooters that even MATTER are Resistance 2 and Killzone 2.
