Your right Guntrol, in theory 5 should be average but in practice it is anywhere from 7 to 9 which is stupid. Review scores are meaningless nowadays because there is no average. Silly reviewers... and silly gamers for complaining if a game they like doesn't get a 10.
If my scale was used scores would be a little more meaningful but still just an opinion.
Not a bad review, 5 out of 10 is an average game... as in you might like it if you're into that sort of thing
So, 6 out of 10 is above average. Everyone forgets that the scoring system starts at 0 and ends at 10. It's a scale.

Mario kart has been fun for two decades, modnation racers is no where near in the same league as it. To me, it was missing the charm and most importantly the fun.
Honestly, the fact that I didn't enjoy modnation racers has been the biggest let down for me this gen because I've always wanted a game to rival mario kart on my playstation. Hasn't happened yet though...

I was very excited about ModNationRacers, it was shaping up to be a great game with all the customisation and user creativity. Loading times are not make or break for me so I wasnt woried about that.

2 player of 'the fight lights out' would cost £50 for starter bundle, then either 1 extra controller, +£35, or 3 extra controllers, +£105, for best experience = £155 for 4 controllers(best experience). But then who would buy 'the fight' since its apparently crap...
Then other 2 player games might need another move controller plus 2 subcontrollers (could use ds3) £50 + £35 + £25 + ...
That would easily be doable...if they had zombie ai it would be a piece of cake for the devs. They have 10+ ai dogs programmed in so manaquins wouldn't be unthinkable. And if it was balanced i.e. they went for everyone it would be fair and not a gamebreaker...that's what should have been implemented instead of just a song. Good song but oh so crappy an easter egg.
I absolutely love mgs4...best game this gen so far for me. I don't know how you can't enjoy it if you presumably loved 1, 2 and 3?
I've completed mgs2 almost 10 times and 1 and 3 numerous times also...4 was everything i wanted it to be. Controls were great, great boss fights, incredible story and characters...it was everything an mgs game should be! I really don't know what else they could have done to please fans of the series and newcomers too.
