Up the vice city! enjoyed the setting, music and characters in vice city more than san andreas and the other gta's. Played it so much I knew the map like the back of my hand and knew every line on the radio chat shows, amazing game!

DLC should be used in sport games like this more often. A yearly sequel isn't necessary when you can simply update the teams and players. It would stop us having to pay full whack every year when not much is changing.

Isn't this what happens all the time? Pre-order prices fluctuate according to demand, popularity and other parameters and if you hit on at the right time you can get it for the cheapest price? If not, unlucky.
It would be an outrage if the folks who had pre-ordered before the raise were charged the extra but this just seems like the norm.

The controls weren't that bad, niko was just a little slow to jump, turn and get his ass up when he gets knocked over. The dlc corrected this to some extent. And that dlc was really good and what all dlc should aspire to be. £20 for like 20 more hours of gameplay is great, a lot better than £15 for a few new maps or player skins or whatever...
The graphics also weren't that bad, they were decent but not amazing, the size and detail of the city was brilliant ...
Ok, lets hear all the changes that we've seen so far. Not just different guns etc but actual changes? I mean changes that you don't have to pay attention to see...I mean changes that grab you as soon as you see it and think, 'wow that looks brilliant'. Only one I can think of is splitscreen online. Great feature that should be in more games.

But even from gt4 to gt5 there will be noticeable improvements in the graphics at the very least. I expect quite a jump between sequels in a franchise in one way or another, (thats why a love the mgs series along with many others that break the mould with every new game) otherwise it's not worth my money. Black ops hasn't shown much if any change at all.

Obviously the art style is gonna be different with a different developer, different location, different time-period...but the whole look and feel is very similar as to be expected from a sequel of an extremely popular game, why change it that much?

First game was brilliant and the second improved a lot in the gameplay and I also enjoyed the setting more.
I just realised AC is actually one of my favourite game series but I don't think brotherhood needs to exist, could have been nicely rounded off with modern day Desmond as the story was hinting towards. Also don't think every game needs online, and this is definately one of them.
