Actually, the only americans I've ever met have been extremely nice and friendly people. Too bad the nation as a whole doesnt give off that vibe.

that was not the official pricing at all. some retailers just put that price on it...not in the least bit official.
there can be no price drop and no saving on a product which has not yet been priced....but people are gonna think they're getting a whopping deal when it turns out to be cheaper than some !!predictions!!.

i thint it'll be less than $150, probably closer to $100 because it will seem to joe public that they are getting a $50 saving right off the bat. people will lap it up if its announced to be around about $100 saying things like "see. i knew it. brilliant microsoft!" and "you got our back microsoft" but really its still a complete rip if you ask me.

I am willing to bet that you will not be able to freely walk around and explore using only kinect. Either it will be on-rails, which is very unlikely, or some sort of button input will need to be used, like one of those 'controller' things that seem to work pretty well, with kinect tacked on as a selling ...
sorry for the personal attack, but do you actually believe that kinect is the best thing since sliced bread? because you seem to want to defend it in all of your comments. you keep saying 'wait until release' but i'll bet you won't change your tune even if it turns out that the games released will be crap...which we already know they will be, by their titles alone. too many dance and sport shovelware.

very true. ridiculous that a driving game, where you absolutely have to be sitting down to play, should be programmed to only play standing up. if you can't play a racing game sitting down, then what game can you sit and play?
The only way microsoft are gonna stop any doubt is to show a midget in a black morphsuit playing kinect while sitting down. Then people might actually believe what they say...but until then.
It does look on the video that someone put spin on the ball (and that they meant it) but not sure if it was an accident on the games side.
For about £150 though I'd still rather just go to my local bowling alley with my mates and actually bowl....I've heard its pretty realistic!

The hardcore xbox gamers should actually be pleased that microsoft have gone the casual route....because for some reason it is going to sell one way or another therefore giving microsoft more money to pump into more first party exclusives. I just dont understand why people are excited about such a blatant gimmick here on n4g.

Move aint gonna win any "Motion Control war" due to the fact that there isnt one...and how do you measure who won anyway? Sales?... boring. Who cares?
All I know is Move looks good, but maybe still not good enough for me to buy, only due to the fact that if I really wanted motion control I would have bought a Wii ages ago.

moparful99, that sounds ridiculously akin to my experience with MW2...except I somehow managed to not break my dualshock lol. Cant count the amount of times I felt like it tho!
Personally I think thats a rip. How much would that be for a year? Too much if you ask me. $50 for the game then a further $13 per month...fair enough im not into FF but if there was a similar MGS online experience I would still not be willing to shell out for that, and I love me some MGS.
my mates were the same... less than 1 K/D is shocking in any online game i have to say, especially COD with the heavy aim assist...I think if I had that I would stop playing too.
I stopped playing because of the ridiculous knife kills and unbalanced gameplay. Whereas I still love playing MW cos thats actually fun.

It would be ridiculous for MGS to not have move support...its pretty much designed exactly for a game like this. And with the metal gear franchise hand-in-hand with the playstation franchise nowadays, sony would be idiots to not jump on this opportunity.
