Yeh, horse riding got really repetitive and boring after a while. By the end I was so sick of it.
Great characters as to be expected with rockstar and I can see why it got GOTY but definitely not my personal game of the year.
Didn't enjoy the setting or the missions and won't go back to play it again...something that GOTY should want you to do.
ha 'modern countries'
Partly agree, modern games focus too much on the online aspect for my liking with single playing often taking a back seat... but in almost all cases, offline co-op has been relegated to the boot of the car, tucked away so noone will notice.
I understand there are limitations and what not but offline coop and offline splitscreen are hard to beat for fun. Would be a great feature to include!
Microsoft would have known hackers would get their hands on it. It's 2010.
XCOM looks great... http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Gutted only 360 and PC gamers can enjoy. Might have to play it on my bro's laptop. Edit: It's a 2K Marin reboot of the X-COM franchise so hopefully it does a Bioshock and comes to the PS3.
Those kinect could turn out good or possibly a pile of crap depending on how 'on-rails' they are.
Move is built for a game like Rising... surely its gotta be included!
Maybe that's what she should be doing though... lara croft has always been depicted as badass in the games and films; fighting tigers, military police and monkeys were no problem for her. Sounds like she's gonna fall to pieces at the first sign of danger...
I'm passing judgement way too early on a game that might be great but I remember lara in a much different light than described in this article.
Had to do something though, the series was gettin...
Move shouldn't be involved in Uncharted 3, it would be nice to have the option but the controls for 1 and 2 were near perfect and should only be tweaked, not changed completely.
Btw, anyone think 'World of Deceit' was a much better name than 'Drake's Deception'?
It sounds like she isn't going to be as badass as she used to be... the whole appeal for me was a strong, determined woman shooting shit up.
I like her new look a lot better but I dont want lara to be the type that "bleeds, trembles, cries and ultimately pushes forward”. Wipe those tears and pull out your uzis croft, you ain't no pansy!
That would be awful...being forced to buy a new upgrade to play games. Defeats the purpose of a games console.
Not at all, half the time the guy was out of the map not even completing the puzzles... it took him 15 secs to reach the end which took me about an hour.
No real spoilers here at all.
Anyone who thought GT5 would outdo Halo for sales is very ignorant... don't know why anyone would try and make that claim.
A racing simulator is never gonna beat a popular and easy to play shooter like Halo in this day and age, common sense people.
Brilliant game in my opinion. Perfect difficulty curve, very creative ....and this guy just performed some crazy shit.
I plan to stay away from all the hype, negativity and spoilers before I experience this game... bye bye to n4g and gaming news 3 months before release.
agree
Seemed funny how they concentrated half the program on korea... must be a big problem here in the UK then?
I guess people with addictive personalities can get addicted to anything but I think the presenter was pretty negative throughout about the whole thing.
@poopoo stop denying your love of GT5 and accept it is the best game ever!
Nothing in it at all for me...they look so similar anyone whoever thinks GT5 beats forza "hands down" is lying...
Wow, I actually thought the people in that fiat vid were european until I realised they were just geordies :P
I would...
I wasn't the biggest batman fan until I borrowed Arkham Asylum off of a mate. First game was brilliant and turned me into a batman fan too.
