People act like Microsoft is an American company and SONY is a foreign company. SONY is very Americanized and Microsoft is very foreign. Where do you think the 360 is manufactured??? It sure isn't America. Where do you think SONY pictures is centered. Right here in California. SONY employees thousands of Americans. They are as American as Microsoft. Apple is going up for the mass market. In which it's having great success. That I believe is the reason SONY is coming out with the PSP Go. Hopefully they will now open the market just as Apple did and let developers come from everywhere do develop games and app's. SONY can still have the quality but could you imagine having the choices that you have with the app store. That would be a great reason to buy a GO.
Apple just dropped the price of the Ipod touch which has many more games to offer and better online tools I think $249 is too much. $199 will be a more suitable price point for the market and will help SONY get a foot in the door on the downloadable market.

So let's see... The PS3 has over one dozen games that sell at least one million for 2008 and developers are going to reallocate resources??? Something does not make sense. The PS3 is a great console for games. I think any developer that knows they are putting out a good product are confident the PS3 will sell it. I just don't see a price drop happening this early in the year. It would not be feasible considering most console sales happen during the holiday season...

Does exactly what it's supposed to and that is tease the audience. Some will go what the heck is this? Others will know it's Killzone 2 and get excited enough to pre-order. Ad's like this build hype and it's a lot more effective since it costs much less than a 30 second ad. They can almost flood their market and get people excited. is overwhelming... Everytime some see an article mentioning problems for SONY they take it as bad news for Playstation. Well then I guess SONY should just put all games on hold. Killzone 2 should be stopped since SONY is over... Get a life people. SONY and the Playstation are going no where. But I do believe the consumer can make a statement with games like this. Consumers have had plenty of time to try out Forza 2 and crown it the best if that was the case. But Gran Turismo shows that taking time to create quality is what it's all about. Although I really don't think we should be arguing about the games. People have a choice and this is what is great. Neither franchise is going away anytime soon. It's good people can choose what they want.
