If you recall there was a gameboy advance Banjo Kazooie that was made after the Rare acquisition. Viva Pinata was on DS. Diddy Kong Racing (which includes Conker, a now Microsoft owned character) also came out on DS.
I wholeheartedly agree with this article.
Honestly unless the game gets a treatment on par with The Master Chief Collection, we should not be giving up our money for more of these cheap quick cash ins.
It's honestly a waste of resources given that these developers could be spending their time on new titles.
Oh damn guess what. Who still gives a fuck?
Apparently you sheep don't understand what inflation is.
These articles hit the nail on the head. One thing I think is hilarious is that this devs last game L4D was a super shallow experience but no one complained about that. If DLC is what will keep game prices what they are then I'm totally fine with that, so long as it isn't in a pay-to-win model like a lot of F2P games these days.
Hot damn
Did you play the beta, because that's basically what they did. There are no more perks/powerups/AAs, no more killstreaks, no loadouts, etc. and weapons are found on the map again. Everyone is once again on the same playing field and starts with the same stuff
Idgaf about 3rd person. If it's there then cool, but the ground combat should be 1st person for sure.
Looks great but the art style isn't right. Too realistic, not animated enough
Looks the same to me. Only small aesthetic differences like certain rocks and trees are different sizes from build to build
Halo 4 was much closer to CoD than Halo 5. Halo 4 had custom loadouts, perks, killstreaks, CoD's point system rather than the X amount of kills to win a match etc.
People need to understand there is no penalty to the hip fire. Weapons still perform like they normally do. There is just a slight bonus to using smart scope, not a penalty to hip fire.
Sprint was actually one of the features that was cut from Halo 2 if that makes you feel any better about it.
Honestly I'm indifferent towards sprint. The only one I'm very annoyed with is ADS.
No? Graphically maybe which is really disappointing (seriously empire looks like it could be from h4), but game play wise no. No perks, no killstreaks, no loadouts, weapons on map, etc
What has always made Halo so great is that every player starts on the same playing field and that players are competing for map control over power weapon spawns. Things like perks, killstreaks, custom loadouts directly go against that. That's the basic reason why people disliked it.
lol what a joke. Halo 2's campaign is straight up garbage, save for maybe 2 or 3 levels. No doubt Halo 2's multiplayer was unforgettable, but half a great game doesn't make it the best in the series.
Mechanically speaking Bungie really downgraded a lot of things from what they were in CE (nerfed weapon firing distances, very short grenade throwing arcs, VERY limited max ammo capacities in weapons, enemy AI worse than CE's, first person weapon animations more s...
Does not look next gen at all. : /
Will wait to see footage, but a first party game like Halo with a budget basically as big as Microsoft wants there's no reason this shouldn't blow people away from a tech standpoint.
I can deal with Sprint but KEEP IRON SIGHTS THE FUCK AWAY from this series.
If this trailer doesn't get you hype then idk
Last gen happened. I can't wait for devs to finally go next gen only so we can see some real graphical juice get squeezed out of these new systems.
I voted Midna/Wolf Link
