It probably is since the article was posted on the 1st of April :P
"Are you planning to provide bespoke games for PlayStation Suite?
Yes, we are looking to provide short form games on PS Suite, which will run on both PlayStation Certified Android devices and NGP. However, the true heroes on PS Suite will be small, independent developers, who are much more nimble and have some creative ideas that have never been seen before. I'm very excited to see what kinds of game these small developers will provide via PS Suite later this year.&q...
Actually, he has a point. Regular gamers, that aren't involved in the development of games, often only know what they like, and not how changes to things they dislike would affect the game as a whole. Gamedevelopers have a lot of knowledge about things that a common gamer won't even think about. However, if said gamer/gamers can motivate ther suggestions with hard fact and clear and motivated reasoning, then they should listen. Otherwise no, because the average gamer doesn't truly...
I recently bought Star Trek Online through steam :) Cheap, cheaper than ordering the game physically. And that is how it should be. Digital copies should always be cheaper!
Haha, naa I'm not. Although this is the internet so I guess anythings possible, and possibly true or false :)
Ye precisely my point^^
I am waiting for holographic 3D. That is gonna be truly awesome^^ But will probably invest in a 3D in a couple of years once its really cheap meanwhile :)
I agree, but as there is absolutely no interaction or physics, as far as I can see, games will not look nearly as good as this demo does. But again, it looks incredible and I can't wait til games look like this :)
And don't forget that the XDR runs in 3,2 GHz (If I'm not mistaken). Thats faster than any RAM- available for consumers today, right?
The author fails when writing.
"Whenever you kill a dragon in the game you will get its soul which allows you read ruins that you find scattered across the land. Once you decipher the ruins, you will have access to the Dragon Shouts that are different to usual magic spells."
Pretty sure that "ruins" is supposed to be "runes" in this case. :)
Well it is a necessary step towards holographic 3D. And that is when it gets really interesting. :)
I agree with you. The demo looks great but there is NO interaction with anything. Just a camera that moves around. Once you add destructibility or some other form of interaction, pick up, move an object, jump onto an object etc, the processing power required is vastly increased.
Umm, not so sure that these are in-game photos. Especially the second one looks like concept-art. But it is gonna be an amazing looking game :)
Hahaha, "Predjudice set to maximum", epic line! xD
I think that, to make the argues about what version is the best less important, they need to make all games downloadable and when you buy for example the PC version of something, then you will get a digital code to download the game to your ps3 or Xbox 360, if available on those platforms ofc.
It is kinda obvious though that once Nvidia releases their dual-gpu card, they are going to take that crown back :P
Ye like 1 each month. PSN monthly compilation with all the games available only through PSN. Would be awesome :)
And then after 1 year, release a disc with the greatest PSN games the past year. A lot of combinations are possible^^
Well, duh. Lets take a look at a remake of a 15-year old game (almost) and see which one looks best! I loved Ocarina of Time, but can't afford a 3DS when it comes out so it will have to wait. Probably until they drop a lite-model :)
I know how to get full access to your ps3 and the root-key. Press up, down, left, right, a, b, c, enter on your computer keyboard (that isn't even remotely connected to your ps3) when starting your ps3. It works! 100% real!
Interesting! Star Wars: The Old Republic is listed to release on the 16th of June, is that a confirmed date? :D
