Oh yeah no doubt. The kids love COD. I, myself don't hate it, but BF3 is pushing the FPS genre forward. COD fans can't say the same about their game.
PS3 preorded :) Anyone have info on those retail exclusive incentives? I got mine from amazon.
I'm not a Halo or Forza fan, but that is a really cool idea. I also wish uncharted had Snake and Kratos skins in addition to Hale and Cole. Gears maybe have a bulky spartan skin? I like the idea anyway.
I guess I'm one of the few that liked deathmatch. It was perfect for isla innocentes, africa harbor, and the winter maps. the other maps were too big for DM.
??? I thought the demo was the definition of generic. The graphics are horrid too. No reason to buy this game especially not a full price.

If the final game looks THAT much better than the beta, then R3 is one of the best looking console games I've ever seen. Hope those aren't all cutscenes.

I didn't expect to see 2 classes of jets. 49 guns. FINALLY someone who puts more than 2 worthy pistols in a game.
The gameplay in Alan Wake got old VERY fast and the story is presented in a way that is really hard to believe. In addition you don't understand the full story unless you purchase additional DLC >:( Alan Wake is one of those games where after you beat it you WILL NOT play it again. Plus I didn;t like ANY of the character including Alan Wake. He's an asshole who treats his fans like garbage.

I used to be a hardcore football game fan in the days of 2K5 (played it to death), but Madden has made me a casual football gamer. Anyone who says its not the same thing is either 16 or under, or like playing the same shit every year.
Red dot back like it was in COD4. Good sign cause Black Ops' red dot is awful. Still waiting for this to be 30 dollars used. Paying 60 for this another rehash is moronic IMO.

@ Sparda Actually Gears of War 3 is just Gears 3. GOW is reserved for God of War!
@blumatt A lot of those reasons are the reason I will never buy COD new. They don't do anything about the hacked rooms, glitchers, dedicated servers yet they easily are the richest game company ever.
They then have the audacity to still charge 10 dollars for a 4 year old map pack (COD4) on a game filled with hackers, not to mention the 15 dollars for 4 maps.
I don't have netflix, but I do know that rewinding with my xobx controller feels like...ass. The PS3 controller is much easier to quickly rewind and ff.
