It not "lies." The aiming is noticeably slower than in U2 and the guns feel heavier. I'm not saying its better or worse but it did take some time to get used to it.
There's no sense in responding to you. I love Uncharted as well but your comment history shows that there's no discussing anything with you besides the fact that the game is, in your words "game of the century."
"we don’t actually learn how Drake got his start as a thief, or what is driving him to follow in the footsteps of his ancestor."
I feel the same way. In the trailer when Sully says, "I taught you better than that," I thought the story would be more personal.
Also U3 started very slow and the first pistol (unsilenced) you use in the game is TERRIBLE. I have the sensitivity turned to MAX and it still feels like CRAP.
I love ...
I N C R E D I B L E. There was no way in hell I wasn't buying it day one , so its really not THAT surprising.
If the game retailed for 35 or 40 I would feel less ROBBED. Still fun, but come on.
Geoff Keighley is really good for hyping up 30 second segments (I bet it will be another teaser).
On topic though, I say this game is innocent until proven guilty. Same with ME3 co op. Just wait and see before you throw hate at it.
If you're like me in college, you're no match for kids who don't have a job and other responsibilities. They can afford to devote all their time to leveling up and perfecting their play. I wish I still had that luxury.
Anyone who would call a dedicated Elder Scrolls type solo gamer "casual" doesn't know enough about gaming to even call themselves a gamer. I'm a trophy/achievement whore with RPGs so I'm FAR from casual.
The campaign is already short enough and this reviewer is spoiling the hell out of it! Have some damn restraint! Some of us actually play the campaigns!
BOOOOOOO!
I'm also one of those people who thinks U2's MP was better (thought I was alone). I'm so sick of hipfiring noobs! Still, the MP can be very fun. If ND scrapped the overpowered hip firing and took the damage back down to U2 it would be PERFECT. I'm still not thrilled about the addition of sprint since everyone just sprints and rolls ass soon as you shoot at them.
With that said, a good clean MP match is pure gaming bliss. Waiting till Friday night to play the S...

If you're talking about the blue room I hear ya.
Drake's Fortune was much more than "decent." The graphics, characters, and cover system were the best in class at the time, and hold up very well today. 7 out of 10!? Outta your mind!
Good run almost prefect. MW2's default brightness/contrast was too high. Looks like its the same for MW3.
Yep. Can't say I didn't expect it though.
Uncharted. I have BF3, but the destruction is extremely underwhelming and it feels like bad company 3. Not the revolutionary new frostbite I was hoping for.
Movies games shouldn't be included. They are there only for the movies. Games like Duke Nukem and Brink that are intended as a standalone game make the list more interesting. Movies games are almost a given.
I agree. While many gamers might think it was a bad move to focus on more than just gaming, a portable device these days MUST be versatile. Franchise hate aside, COD on the PSV with cross game chat on the go is going to be a revolution. PSV is gonna be BIG; PS2 big.
PSP mainly focused solely on it s own tech. UMD, which never really went mainstream.
When Cutter kept tackling me into corners I disappeared into a gray world twice.
