How? Where are you getting this from? You can't get one unless you have spent money on your Steam account before June and it's only 1 per account. If people are creating multiple accounts hoping to get one, they won't qualify.

I agree with this actually. As much as I dislike the way Nintendo gets away with a lot of things other companies wouldn't get away with, how is this situation any different to the Xbox One S or PS4 Slim? Or how about the Xbox 360 with the core, arcade, elite and slim and Playstation 3's fat, slim and super slim?

Scalping 1 is not as bad as scalping 10, 20 or 50 though, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

If it was a tower, then yeah, I would be looking for power, but this thing is a handheld, nobody is going to be looking for this to run 4k 60fps with ray tracing.
I wouldn't go that far, but if Valve get their marketing team in full gear and go after the Japanese market, they can at least compete.
I swear people only buy them because they have seen so many of their favourite Youtuber's and Twitch streamers use them. I have always said they are garbage.

Not even Atlus are safe. They were pressured into changing dialogue and scenes in Persona 5 Royale. Catherine also had censorship from Sony.

Always been more a Dragon Quest fan personally. DQVIII is still probably my all time favourite JRPG.
Scalping 1 item is not a problem. Honestly, I would struggle to even call it scalping if it's just 1, that happens with every single product released. It becomes a problem when hundreds of people scalp tens or sometimes hundreds of a single item.
