Ubisoft, just make another Rayman game, you've become one of the most boring games companies around.
Mine is Q2 2022 as well. I am happy about this though because it gives me enough time to watch videos and see how good it actually is before buying it. I also need to upgrade my pc first before making anymore big purchases.
I wish I had one right now. It's so hot that I don't really fancy sitting at my desk and playing games on my pc.
"It’s not for handheld players – they already have a Switch"
So because one handheld exists, another can't? and to be honest, I would rather own the Steam Deck than a Nintendo Switch. The Switch offers me absolutely nothing I am looking for out of a handheld device. I don't particularly care for Nintendo exclusives and it's just not powerful enough, so you can't guarantee that certain games will be released for it.
@thebibsnips
I think Zeldafan was talking about you saying things like this
"because they only care about spreading the joy of gaming to customers"
I mean, you can't seriously believe that. Yes, their consoles are sold at a loss, but they make up for that with their store and online subscription service. They aren't making these consoles to please you, they are in it for the money just like Nintendo, it's just that...
DOA
Flash games from the early 2000's being sold at premium on hardware that you would see in a budget phone from 2016.
It's been quite enjoyable watching Tommy Tallarico try desperately to paint this thing as something amazing though. The guy is like a snake oil salesman.
Honestly, survival mode is absolute trash, but I like getting more characters to play as in story mode.
@dbcoops
Never said it didn't come from both sides, but Playstation fanboys are easily the more vocal.
@Boundless
My post wasn't even about making a comparison to other games. It was pointing out the fact that Playstation fanboys just can't help themselves. They always bring up their exclusives in an attempt to bring other games down. It's pathetic, but that is what fanboys are, so we shouldn't expect anything different really.
"compared to ratchet & clank"
It's like you people can't help yourselves.
Don't want to watch too much because I don't want to spoil it for myself, but the first few minutes was enough for me. I know I'll enjoy this game as much as I enjoyed the first one.
Monster Hunter is on Steam, so that immediately shows you have no idea what you are talking about.
Mario and Zelda are huge, but I simply don't care. It's very hard to feel like I am missing out on 2 series when I literally have thousands of other games to choose from. Mario and Zelda are not the be all end all of gaming, I don't care enough about either of them to buy a whole system for them.
Splatoon........seriously? That would be on Humble...
IGN, shut up, stop flamebaiting.
"When Sony opened up the PS5 for preorder, they sold millions in seconds"
How many of those ended up in the hands of scalpers? A hell of a lot.
Steam Deck is only available for reserve in the UK, EU, US and Canada.
You need a Steam account that has made a purchase since before June 2021.
You had to pay upfront to reserve a spot.
Playstation is huge, everybody knows what they are getting when they buy one.
Stea...
Why would anybody want to play those games on the Steam Deck? they would get absolutely slaughtered.
@thebibsnips
"Rockstar is shutting these mods down so players dont get GTA fatigue"
Then they should shut down GTA5.....
Do you seriously believe they are doing that so we don't get GTA fatigue?
Uh oh, Pachter's back.
Why does this guy's name get dropped so often? I honestly don't know a single person interested in the thoughts of Michael Pachter.
Queues that often have you waiting for hours. I would rather the site have a few hiccups before I can get in over waiting hours.
It's not like it was even an issue for long either. People were bitching and moaning a few minutes after reservations went up. The rush to be the first in line was stupid, it wasn't going anywhere, and it's still available right now.
It's gotta be convenient though, if people need to install Windows 10/11 just to access it, then that won't catch on with the average person.
