How did this game get so many high scores? it's not even that good. Reviews from actual players suggest that once again, game journalists are out of touch.

Do you people not realise that you sound like shills?

The reviewers opinion means more than yours, at least they have played it.

Why do so many of these third person action adventure games look the same these days? I think it's that over the shoulder camera angle.

@mikey15

Go outside buddy, step away from the internet for a while.

Don't know how anybody can get excited by this after the comments about the game and who is writing it.

Saying they are remaking it for "a modern audience" and hiring Sam Maggs of all people to write it should be a major red flag.

My excitement for this game has plummeted after finding out who is writing the game.

Because N4G is a Sony echo chamber.

It wasn't Sega that worked on it, it was Blind Squirrel Games.

You just butchered the English language......

@EvertonFC

You're an idiot. There are many reasons why people prefer emulation, one of them being that once the emulator's development reaches a certain point, it's way better to play a game on the emulator than the console itself.

On PC, you're not tied down to the same restrictions that consoles have.

Wrong. Don't confuse the tactics of western games companies and those from Japan. These things have been around for a long time in JRPG's now and not a single one of them has felt more grindy.

It's N4G, most of the users on here don't actually know much about anything even though they pretend that they do. They just look for things to be outraged by.

1593d ago 3 agree3 disagreeView comment

This is true for western games, but not for JRPG's. These booster packs have been available in many JRPG's for years now and not once have I thought a JRPG that had them was overly grindy.

Guarantee the dialogue is cringe like the other games with it's hippie music. She even has THAT hairstyle.....

The comments on here are full of people that didn't even bother reading the article or seem to understand that Xbox isn't just a console anymore. You no longer need an Xbox console to play on the Xbox. It's really not hard to understand.

I prefer Shenmue, but I am happy we have both. I don't like the constant comparisons between the two though. Anybody that likes and plays both of them enough can tell that they are very different games. There really aren't many similarities.

My favourite Sonic game is not the first one I played or same style.

The first Sonic game I played was Sonic 1 on the Mega Drive, my favourite is Sonic Adventure 2.

Lost World, Black Knight, Forces and Chronicles should not be on that list, I can easily think of worse.

Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal, Sonic Drift, Sonic Drift 2, Sonic Labyrinth, Sonic Eraser, Sonic R, these are all way worse than the games on this list. Knuckles Chaotix was terrible as well, I hated the way you had to control the players, it was a pain in the ass. Even games like Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic Spinball and Rivals 1 and 2 which I thought were decent were worse tha...

Edited my original comment

I just found out that it was actually Blind Squirrel Games that handled the port of Sonic Colours. So for once, Sonic Team aren't to blame.
