No, because most of the world doesn't have good enough internet to handle it. Even those that do have good enough internet (like myself) could still end up struggling because they may be too far away from the servers. Latency has been the number 1 issue I have had with all of these services, it's just nowhere near good enough.
There are other issues like data caps and ISPs throttling your speeds if you are using a lot of data.

Dragon Quest has been on there for nearly a year now, plenty of time to play it and complete it.

The complaints about "port begging" are really funny to read. You can just tell that some people on here absolutely hate that Playstation games are coming to pc.
Depends on the person, there are people that can play third person action games on a keyboard with no issues. That's the best thing about pc gaming, you have options.

This is especially true for online games. Just look at Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis as a recent example. That game clearly needed another year of development before being released. If they had done that, we would have had enough content at launch and the game wouldn't have so few players.
