Hahahaha, why would they target Wirral CH46?? Look up random postcodes and you can get a really funny mundane picture at the end.
Of course 8 outta 10 is a good score, but it can only be called OK when a super hyped game recieves it; a game that one expects to garner 10 / 9.5 across the board. There's definately a miniscule bit of disappointment.
Yeah I'm starting to worry that they're a buncha one trick ponies... I really hope they do something really special with the next Elder Scrolls. Making it an MMO would be a dick-move.
It'd be funny if they're already in the midst of development for an ES MMO and they're reading all these comments. I don't think ANYONE wants it to be an MMO.
This game looks too funny to pass up. I don't think I've ever ironically bought a game, but there's a first time for everything...
This and Xenoblade make me wish I had a wii. But two games ain't enough to warrant such a purchase.
Rust is intense you fool!!
This has given me a real reason to get a 3DS.
I'm trusting this and Versus XIII to set jrpgs back on the right track again.
I'd imagine they've learned a valuable set of lessons from this.
I don't want to SE to fail, nor do I really think they actaully are, but I'll admit they've definately dipped somewhat; they're definately struggling to adapt to this generation or something.
Perhaps Versus XIII will mark them getting their heads back in the game.
You're missing the point. It's the fact that the engine hasn't changed, and that it's still fundamentally the same game, making the developers pretty lazy. By buying every iteration of this franchise you're just fueling a corporation that aims to monopolize the games industry: Activision. I mean, lets get real here, COD is becoming another Guitar Hero.
Still though, since I've never actually bought a COD game before (I have played them a lot) I'm...
The animation is super sketchy. The guy cracks his head several doing those flips but comes out of it totally unphased.
Also when he lands he sometimes does a spazzed out little jump that happens slightly off-camera.
Agh they shouldn't make the next game totally online. They've made us wait for so long. All our previous experiences and fond memories of The Elder Scrolls are of an epic single player quest, not a mmo.
If this game had come out like a year after Oblivion I wouldn't care as much, but it's the fact that we've been waiting for sooo long for another game like Morrowind and Oblivion, and what we're getting is going to be something fundamentally different...
Detractors of this game obviously play too many video games and are just spoiled / arrogant. It's an arcade style game so stop measuring up against games that aren't.
The demo is awesome. It's intense, it's challenging and it's really fun. If you thought it was sh!t you're too wrapped up in stupid preconceptions derived from other games that are more commercially successful or some dumb sh!t like that. Just appreciate the game for what it is; nothing...
God this question was done to death months ago. If you have a PS3, you'd want to have either a 360 or a PC as well (Or both of course) so just get the first game on one of those platforms. It's not exactly expensive these days. And if your PC's rubbish, get a 360 for christmas, cause' they're also cheap enough (for a christmas present.)All this is presuming you care enough.
Wow. It's amazing how consistent Pokemon games are. It must just be a winning formula, because let's get real, they don't make drastic changes between games. They're kind of like the Dynasty Warriors franchise but good. (Although I like dynasty warriors 3..)
Stinger. I've gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with how this game is getting recieved.
The scenarios and dialogue are well written and all, but the gameplay still looks boring as hell. The areas and interiors have this sort of sparseness that annoys me. Also the physics are pretty weak. When he's clubbing dudes on the ground they don't move at all; looks dumb. These guys make the most static events / scenes too. The characters don't move, have mannerisms or make gestures or anything. I regretted buying Fallout 3; won't be buying this.
Oh yeah ...
It's hard not to get excited when Rockstar (Or a rockstar subsidiary) are brewing something.
The echoing sounds right to me. But then again, I haven't been in a real combat situation and neither have you so we'll agree to disagree.
I think it sounds good.
I really like this rooftop map actually. The first videos on it were a little bit lacklustre but there's actually quite a lot to it. Looks a lot more interesting and dynamic than most of the maps in COD in my opinion. The graphics look pretty sick too even though it's hard to judge with a video of this quality. Overall I think this looks like a more exciting version of COD. Would've liked to have seen some other guns gettin' used though...
