I can't believe I'd never heard this one before. Excellent!
I don't know how much of an imagination this guy has though... Would he be able to make a game that's not a simulator? and let's be honest here, whilst Gran Turismo is a pretty awesome game on many levels, simulators are a lot more serious and not particularly adventurous compared to a lot of the other genres of game. They're sort of dry.
It's be sweet if he did make a more imaginative game with all the effort he puts into GT though.
I don't care about FFVII's apparent discrepancies, everything about that game sums up an epoch of my life. I love every little thing about it; every supposed flaw and every actual strength. The music, the visuals, the gameplay, the story, the narrative, the characters, the locations and the world; I love the game to bits.
And when I find the time, I'm gonna play it again. And probably again and again throughout my life till the end.
Are you by any chance an idiot? Or could you be a troll??
Eight Days, Wardevil, Crash Bandicoot reboot (unlikely if ND are working on Uncharted 3), MediEvil reboot, Abe's Odyssey reboot, Agent, Bungie PS3 project, Syphon Filter reboot, or an Insomniac Spyro reboot (Unlikely for many, many reasons.) Or maybe even the Getaway 3?
I hope it's one of those and not something really predictable like Uncharted 3, Starhawk, or the release date for Infamous 2 (Couldn't care less)
A release date for Resistance 3 or Twist...
Pretty cool I guess. Although perhaps a little too personal to know exactly what was going on. The music was pretty cool if a little bit sketchy at times.
This looks fucking incredible. I absolutely cannot wait. The graphics, the sounds, the gameplay, fuck. This looks stellar. The voice acting was a liitle bit odd in places but Deus Ex was never known for exceptional voice acting across the board. Also it's going to be weird playing a Deus Ex game in first person / third person. But it looks super dynamic nonetheless.
Fuck there's too much to say about this game, day one for me I think.
This makes me happy. I really hope this game gets made cause' it looks awesome. I don't give a shit about any of the controversy, I just want to play this game.
I kinda hope it's not. It seems too early. Also, they've just been ping-ponging between Dragon Age and Mass Effect lately. Let it be something else.
Kinect = Eyetoy+
Move = WiiMotion++
Also, a wiimotion++ (the move controller) logically suits a core gaming audience. Whereas an Eyetoy+ (The Kinect) logically suits a casual audience.
That's the way it all seems to me.
I have a Ps3, so I may buy a Move at some juncture when core games for it really hid their stride.
Everywhere
Yeah the 360 looks sharp but really unrealistic and kind of jagged. The Ps3 one's smoother and looks a lot more realistic. Still, I wouldn't say one's better than the other...
I initially interpreted this negativly. I thought he meant that if he made a game like ICO, he'd want to die because it was shit or something. Haha
That's a pretty huge amount of updates... Could help things, but they should've really released a game that was so incomplete in the first place. I reckon by the middle of next year this game will be up to scratch. Maybe they should withdraw it from shelves and just work on it some more...
The voice acting's some of the best I've heard in a video game, and the facial animations are pretty good. Some of them seem a little bit flat; the lead guy really doesn't seem to emote, but maybe that's the idea. I'll need to see more if i'm to be convinced that it's better than heavenly sword. Still it is unbelievably awesome.
Also, does anyone else find that woman screaming at around 0:19 to be fucking scary? Her face bugs the fuck out! It loo...
That'd be a really good idea. Although I'd worry that it wouldn't appeal to everyone and therefore wouldn't really take off. I personally would absolutely love a game like that, but lately games have been all about the bombast and the instant gratification. We'd have to ween people out of that frame of mind in order that they appreciate a game like the one you describe. Also, consequentially, given the state of the game market, for the developers and publishers it just wou...
For a lot of people, COD was like their first videogame. COD's fanbase isn't just hardcore gamers; everyone seems to play it. Only gamers really know about Crysis, so it can't really become as big as COD.
COD made gaming cool for jocks and assholes, and now they think they know what good gaming is. That said, COD is good, but I really think Crysis 2 looks so much better and that's the honest truth.
Madness. Not worth it at all. They'll probably be arrested before they actually get a good play in.
Or Call of Duty has been engineered to make soldiers out of all of us gradually and subconsciously. Kotick is part of the NWO and soon we'll all be cyborgs built to raze China and Russia. Enabling the powers behind the throne to rule the world.
Probably not though.
Maybe you're thinking of "Granstream Saga"??
