So excited. I don't think I'd ever be able to afford a PC that'd run this game as good as the Ps3 will.
SquareEnix have been pretty successful with games on the DS and the PSP. I'm thinking Crisis Core, Dissidia, the Kingdom Hearts stuff, The Crystal Chronicles DS games, all the Dragon Quest games they've released on said platforms.
I mean there's really too much to list here. People seem to think SquareEnix have been dead since FFX, but that's such a pile of sh!t. FFX and FFXII were both great games.

What difference does it make? The Ps2's time has come and gone. It was a super successful console with hundreds of awesome games, that's all that's important now.

I really have a soft spot for this franchise despite the fact that it's globally considered mediocre. This, The Samurai Warriors franchise and The Orochi franchise; I love em' all. Something about them just appeals to me so much. I'd rather not think about it too much though. I just want to bask in the magic of these games.

Hrmmm I don't do it but it's not exactly an easy thing to do in the first place. On top of that, it's in the game so why shouldn't you be allowed to use it? Most people probably don't even bother because of how awkward it is anyway.
Conversely, People praise MW2 so much and yet there's always an issue with something in the multiplayer: Noob tubes, Commando Pro, exploitable glitches on maps and now this. I mean, is this game really as good as people ...
Why are you so disgruntled? The game got cancelled, but you didn't really care about it in the first place, so why get angry?
Plus the game looked really awesome from the trailer, the artwork and the screenshots. You can't just denounce the game completely having not played it all. The guys that were developing it were clearly pretty passionate, and they don't need some spoilt naysayer like you pouring salt on the wound.

Everyone's saying this game was a "critical failure", which it wasn't. A majority of the scores it got were high 8's and 9's. Commercially too, it more or less succeeded. The only aspect that could be said to have "failed" was it's reception from fans, which wasn't globally bad, just heavily polarized.

Gamers are spoilt brats. How the hell does this game not look good?? Everybody's just condemning this game way too early on. We've seen like one Multiplayer map, about 2-3 weapons being used, and on top of that there's really not been a huge amount of information made public about the game anyway.
Oh yeah, and this is a fu!king alpha. People need to get off their imaginary high horses. You're not critics; you're just spoilt.
I think if they do it right, a super futuristic COD could be really unique. It's a shame that in all likely hood it'll probably be like Halo. (See incipio's comment above)
