i dont understand why so many people add the last of us to their lists when we know or have seen practically nothing about the game...sure its being made by naughty dog, but you could at least wait until you see some actual gameplay before including it in a list, especially with so many other games coming out in 2012 that we do know how they they are
yeah not mention the fact that this isnt an actual patch but a program to fix the save file, on other games you might get patched but if the game was broken you still need to restart everthing.
Most likely the real patch to eliminate the issue could come on a future firmware update, like it was done with Metroid Other M
i have all consoles and PC this gen and dont regret it, dont see why i would choose just one for next gen. The only thing that could change would be the order on which they are bought
yeah sure, why would nintendo's timeline be right?... i can see your line of thinking, it makes a lot of sense.... especially with gametrailers timeline being made BEFORE twilight princess, so yeah sure, the timeline thats missing 3 games is definitely the real one, not the one Nintendo releases...
i think the biggest problem besides internet speed on some countries, is that console manufactures for all the talk they could make of going digital, dont really support what they say when it comes to hardware. It took 4 years for the PS3 and 360 to have consoles with 250gb, which is still nothing when you think about how cheap HDDs are right now. Nintendo doesnt even seem interested in adding HDDs to their consoles, but i hope they reconsider that position for WiiU.
And the latest co...
i take it from your comment you havent played Skyward Sword... so its kinda funny that someone who hasnt played it can say the timeline is BS.
Even in minish cap (as do other games) they make reference to the people that came from the Sky. So it would be kinda hard for Minish Cap to reference that as a past event if Skyward happened after Minish dont you think?
Anyway, this is actually something officially released by Nintendo, so any doubt you might have is ...
does the Vita has L2/R2? because if not im not sure how they are going to do the tactical defending. As for touch features, i like them only on the Menus, please leave gameplay strictly to buttons
Mario Party 9!!!! just kiding...
My most anticipated for PS3/360/PC are definitely mass effect 3, GTA IV, Twisted Metal, Bioshock Infinite, Halo 4, Alan Wake American Nightmare, Tomb Raider and probably a couple more im forgetting.(if The Last of Us and The Last Guarding come out on 2012 then those too)
As for Nintendo, on Wii basically just Xenoblade and then off to WiiU. For 3DS there are much more, Paper Mario, Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion 2, Kid I...
in the long run it is, but at the time of the purchase you also need to include the price of the memory card, so depending on the size of card some people could be spending over $350 and just have 1 game, so its understandable that the attach rate at 1st might not be so big, not everyone can spend $400+ dollars at lunch
i dont see why the replies are talking about iphones or other $600 devices that im not talking about. All im saying is that the cards are still overpriced, just do yourself a favor and check the prices for SD cards, you can even buy a 64GB for $85, 4GB $4, 8GB $6(really, check amazon if you dont believe me) and also the fact that i dont see any reason whatsoever as to why some games allow you to save into the game card but others force you to buy an extra memory card.
Im not ...
well even though the prices are lower, which is apreciated, it doesnt change the fact that they are still way overpriced compared to other formats and worst of all, that we are being forced to buy them to play certain games
heck, it may be an unortodox method, but at least you can fix a game save thats already damaged and continue your progress. In most games, even though the bug is patched, you still need to restart the game, so props to Nintendo for that.
As for the bug, i guess it will be patched in a future firmware update, like they did with Other M, and well, for you to crash the game with this issue, you really have to be trying to do it, because while playing i saw absolutely no reason t...
well i guess the diference is in the type of comments. Take for example Zelda, every Zelda fan knows how much care and attention goes into each game so we know the next game will be great, but that doesnt mean that all of us were saying the game looks amazing after they showed a picture of link ,like its happening with this game when we have seen basically nothing.
well, i can play ocarina, star fox and mario kart with 3D full, sound around 3/4, and it always lasts more than 3h. Dont know about Street Fighter or Mario because i dont play street fighter for so much time, and i havent bought mario yet.
Also im not saying the video is fake, im just saying my 3DS last longer than that
well i guess there is a reason for the screen to be rotating, it probably goes into battery-save mode if nothing is pressed for a while.
Also i do know that if the processor is pushed harder the battery goes down faster, but i doubt just moving the screen around is pushing the processor to have a noticeable decrease in battery, a couple of minutes at most
actually there is nothing going on the screen in these video, just drake standing there...
actually no, adresegers is right, for the 3D to work, the 3D renders everything twice, and also like he said, the backlighting has to be compensated as well. If you had a 3DS you would clearly know that the battery runs out faster with 3D and also you could see how the backlight changes as soon as you put the 3D on
i dont know about that guy's 3DS but mine even with 3D on always lasted a lot more than that. 3.5-4h all the time
my 3 favorites are Skyward Sword, Wind Waker and Link to the Past, though i would have a really tough time choosing which of those 3 i prefer the most.
As for OoT, i think its an amazing game, but it never really stuck with me as those other 3 games did.
Maybe if Ocarina had been my 1st real zelda game instead of LttP i would think diferently (i was too young when Zelda 1 came out so even though i played it, it was too damm hard and never neat it)
lol, you sound like a MS PR rep, well you have the right to like kinect i wont take that away, but kinect isnt expanding the mass effect experience in any way, its just gives you an alternate mean to play it.
As for the whole thing with ME1, thats the real point, making decisions in an interactive comic is never gonna be the same as having done those decision while playing, so thats the only reason i would choose the entire ME franchise on PC/360
