This game is going to be amazing. I've heard nothing but praise from every preview so far, even those that don't necessarily like horror. I've preordered the special edition and can't wait to try the demo myself when I pick up GOW:A.
@riderz...could be, one of those two exclusives is coming off in a couple months, and I could totally see it going for free before TLOU launches.
I hope your not referring to next gen, because the PS3 cost $200-300 depending on the bundle.
Quantum computers should take over right around the time transistors gates hit low single digit atom counts, sometime around the year 2025. But they may never become consumer products, as the process of transmitting quantum data requires "teleportation" due to the fragility of quantum bits(qbits, which are know to be destroyed after each operation), and some of the components are physically rare(something like diamond, crystal, etc. would be required).
As a quick e...
This smoke is so thick nobody would know the fire if they had seen it.
Stop making these articles if your just re-posting other rumors.
Sony stock prices bottomed out in from a 5+ year all time low in December at about $10 (should have bought then)...they are currently sitting around $15.
MS bottomed out around early 2009 for the last 5 years, and their prices are high considering they are losing market share on all fronts.
As far as I see Sony would be a better long term investment since they recently bottomed out and are restructuring.
MS stocks have been rather erratic as ...
Dude think about the audience and the product.
Football fans...instant God of War fans.
Tailgaters...Vita...not so much.
This is one of the few games that could catch a football fans attention. It's like the "300" of video games.
I thought the same when Vita launched it. Hasn't happened yet.
They will probably just phase out PS3 games for PS4 games if it gets to much to handle. Either way, I'll buy a PS4 when PS+ hits it, if that's at launch or 6 months to a year later.
This article simply does not belong here. Kinda ironic considering the actual topic.
Mezzo, your getting drunk with power. Go sober up.
You missed the point.
Not currently, but they will be using it in-house only. They have stated this.
So, again: Why show off the capabilities of the engine when they are not going to make it available to any other developers?
What's the point of showing off the game engine when they are going to keep it in-house only?
BTW, videos like this have been around nearly since they first showcased the demo.
I got mine with AC Liberations (physical copy) for $180 and already had PS+. That's the system and AC:L, Gravity Rush, Uncharted: GA, and Wipeout 2048 the first day I bought it, with more to come like Ninja Gaiden Sigma plus today.
BTW I have been able to fit two games and a few miscellaneous apps and pics on it at any given time only using the 4GB card so far.
Even if you got the system bundled with a game, PS+, and a 32GB card it shouldn't be over ...
WTF...TLoU already has every Uncharted players' purchase and appeals to an even wider audience so much that their are people buying the console just for this game.
Considering that this was made by the Uncharted 2 team and all the hype surrounding it, I would not be surprised if it sells between 7-9 million copies.
Try googling "Nintendo is doomed", guess what?
1,070,000 results.
"Wii U is doomed"
284,000 results.
Like we needed to do that in the first place...
Nintendo only needs to look at it's software sales vs. competitors to see where we criticize them most.
Nintendo aren't wrong just because they cater to a different audience...just look where they have been..."b...
Entirely possible, yet most of the time it is the internet connection in combination with lag compensation. With a lag switch or just controlling you internet bit-rate (commonly by streaming youtube vids while playing), it is possible to get a half second jump on any other player in a given lobby.
If you want to have a real test of gaming skills you have to set up a lan party.
What's the problem? I was just at gamestop preordering some collectors editions the other day and the guy said you could preorder as soon as a game is announced. It may seem strange, but it makes business sense and they could always move credit around.
Sweet, I've been looking to get some older difficult titles like NG or Vaquish, but spent so much on collectors editions lately I decide to hold off. I am definitely renewing when E3 rolls around.
Well, looks like I'll hold out on sleeping dogs to see if it comes to the US PS+.
I just plated Gravity Rush last night, and am still working on Darksiders.
Can't wait to see some EU players on the Wipeout 2048 tracks.
Purely expounding on current rumors.
Based on Sony's track record alone, the BR drive is sure to support disks with more than 50GB, most likely their new 4K BR disks.
The Mars II was dual GTX580s about a year back. You miss the memo?
If this single card crushes the highest end dual GPU card of the latest series this should be the card for PC gamers looking to run 4k 30-60FPS as new games begin to release with higher quality assets for next gen consoles.
This card looks to be next gen for PC.
