Lol 24 minutes just for start up, damn thats a long time haha. I have Vista 64 bit on my computer, I like it alot actually its a good OS but still I really don't see the point of Linux, XP or Vista on a PS3, it runs so slow and its probably easier to put it on the PC.
If your getting a new quad or dual core processor then for this time go with Intel, if you going for a new graphics card then either ATI or Nvidia will do, depends on your budget though.
Wow lol at Sony, the BPI, RIAA and MPAA are all greedy bastards anyways.
I'll still buy this game on the PC, all of Valve's game has always been better on the PC than the consoles and always will be.
How about they only make it on the PC which will have superiour graphics, physics, sound, controls and much more than what the PS3 or 360 could ever create, enjoy your inferior consoles sonyfriends and xbots.
The one thing I do hope they fix with an update is make it more like the Xbox one in which it is updating and installing the update at the same time, saves time and just makes it easier overall.
The Source engine is modular so it helps Valve in saving money and the Source engine will play on a variety of machines. I'm still getting this for the PC though, gonna be an awesome game.
What?
Your comment was stupid of course any bussiness will support a system like the 360, Wii or PS3 if they have a big enough install base, like many people have said before they only care about the money not the fanboys etc.
I really hope they include Headlong remake in the next map pack, damn that was one of the best Halo 2 maps.
Its a nice change, wish more devs would update their games like this.
Meh, hopefully you guys get a great port this game looks amazing but I'm gettting it for the PC instead of for my 360 and my PS3.
Oh I didn't get any more MS points. =(
Damn I would check but my 360 got the RRoD, hmm maybe they give me some by accident when I get my 360 back lol.
Lol they are using Norton Anti virus and is that Windows XP skinned to make it look like Vista?
Anyways, Fifa 09 does look pretty damn good, I'm still playing Fifa 2007 PS2 version lol.
I really don't understand why more companies take the approach that Bungie is taking to supporting its games, seriously look at what Bungie has done, updates Bungie favourites every week, provided 2 map packs plus one free map, updating playlists and releasing a patch to fix bugs etc. IW could of kept CoD4 fresh yet they haven't I've told you guys many times that IW support is bad.
Well I have Vista Home Premium and tbh I like it alot more than Windows XP, sure it has its problems but its still a great OS to use. The only problem I get is my internet cutting off randomly which I need to fix.
I'm still happy with DVD's for the time being, I'm just waiting for Blu-Ray drives to become cheaper on the PC, plus HDTV's as well. When the time comes I will buy Blu-Ray discs but not for a while yet, rather wait until its cheaper.
MGS4 just isn't selling that well I guess and that is what happens to games which didn't sell that well or fast. Halo 3 is now £20 on play.com after a year and its sold over 8 million copies worldwide, oh well I still got my copy of MGS4 and I still like it.
Actually one of my friends a few months back was able to play Halo 3 online with a Sliver account but you could only play online co-op, unranked playlists, forge and custom games.
So you bought a rubbish processor when the Q6600 is alot better, its cooler and its can be overclocked to at least 4GHz quite easily.
