I'm still confused by the comments reagarding Nintendo's conference as being good or interesting, seriously were you people watching the same conference as I was?
I like Wii Sports Resort which I'll pick up when it comes out and I may pick up Wii music but other than that it was boring. Just so some of you know, themes that you have paid for or gotten for free from the marketplace will work with the new dashboard, second, you can either have an avatar or use your gamerpictures. Microsoft is given you a choice on those things because they knew that people liked gamerpictures or themes.
Just for you guys to know, you don't have to have an avatar you can still use your gamerpic and themes still work btw. Second, you when you press the guide button you will still have the blade dashboard there so you get the best of both worlds in a way.
Can't wait for this game, but yes this trailer is CGI btw. TGS is starting next month around the 20th August.
All the conferences were boring, seriously Nintendo just talked about sales and annouced mostly shovelware, then you got MS, they annouced some games which look pretty cool but most of them are coming to the other consoles and PC and then you got Sony, by god I was bored tbh. Littlebigplanet, God of War 3 and Motorstorm 2 looked great and I will be picking them up when they are released however this E3 so far is the worst.
Well it was a great move by MS and I guess more people will enjoy this game. As for Halo, the Halo name and IP and pretty much everything Halo related is owned by MS so I doubt we will see it on something not Microsoft owned.
Its looking great, still only worried about the gameplay though. I'm just wondering how much fun it really is?
Flammable barrels everywhere will get a little annoying after a while and yes there are parts in there which are scripted. However, many more months to go until this games come out, I will wait for the final version.
Actually Viva Pinta was another casual game, it didn't sell that well mostly because of the lack of advertising and it came out at the same time as Gears of War. For the most part, its MS's fault for not advertising these 'Casual' games to the masses. As for Lips, I'm not really into these games but if its a way to potentially move more consoles then its a risk worth taking.
Microsoft has 8-10 first party studios, I think Nintendo has more so on that account your very wrong.

I'm looking forward to Killzone 2, yeh the graphics are amazing just some of the best I've seen. I just hope that the gameplay is fun and balanced, thats one of the reasons I love the Halo series.
Killzone 2 has nearly been in development for about 3 and half to 4 years so of course it will be critised more and expected more. You build up a game for 4 years with little information and you will see hype but alot of negative comments.
