There is always Freeview, Sky, Virgin etc if you want to use them.

Anyone seen the Surface by Microsoft, looks so awesome but its a shame it will take a few years to get the price down really would love one in the living room.
Guys buy Valve's games on the PC where they are best at, you seen the massive update for the Heavy in TF2 coming soon, 6 new maps plus one new game mode, 35 achievements for the Heavy and some other stuff coming as well and its all for FREE. =)
I will never buy Valve's games on my 360 or PS3, only the PC.
I'll be making a giant enemy crab with a weak spot for massive damage lol, then I'll make other things which will take the piss out of consoles, PC's, society etc.
I really don't know if Sony will use the Cell for the next Playstation, hell MS said they were developing their own CPU for the next xbox, its just a way of saving money all companies do this so don't worry so much. Also, Nintendo, do you reckon they make the next console as powerful as the 360 or PS3?
The X08 event is usually held in the UK and I think there is also one held in Canada. Why would MS waste a conference on this convention when they got their own event coming soon.
Your guys do know that MS has its own event called XO8 this year so they could show new games there.

PC is more powerful than the PS3, just because your precious machine can't output HD resoultions and have 8xAA and better graphics overall you still can't handle that face.
Yeh that is the problem with the new ATI cards, they give great performance for an awesome price but they get too hot, alas I have a Geforce 280GTX.

XNA was released about a year ago I think and this autumn its coming out, this will mean lots of games from indie devs. I'm also waiting for LBP and I can't wait for it to come out, the problem with user generated content is the fact that there is thousands of content out there but most of it is pretty crappy, but then you get the the few gems here and there. While I love user generated content, you need some way of ensuring that there is less crap content and more gems.

As for the size limits, I think they should be raised but these titles are arcade titles, I really don't think an arcade title should be 1GB for example, it should be small files so its quick to download and quick to get into and play the damn thing. Maybe MS should make another section for games which go over the limit of say 750mb and call it something else.
Are you using the vanilla version of Vista or the one which got the service pack 1 update?
Also you can run certain software such as games in Vista under compatabilty mode, as for it being slower than XP well its not as slow as 30% and yes Vista does have flaws but its actually isn't that bad. Plus your avatar, Im guessing you don't like Windows or MS, either one.
We need more powerful processors before we see this ingame I reckon at least.
