Epic failure on Microsofts part! They knew this was going to happen. Login issues now and I am sure there will be in-game issues with a game this large and popular. Just hope the issues get resolved soon!!!!!

Agree the the XBO is inefficient and bloated. If you could remove (unpin) a lot of the worthless tiles, it would be much better. Voice recognition is hit or miss as we'll.

Tired of these articles that are pure speculation or are incorrect.
They should have delayed online downloads for several days to allow the influx of initial consoles to be able to register and get onto PSN.
You have people trying to get their systems setup and online and then you have the group that was successful with registering and now they are downloading games (which takes up PSN server resources).
I am sure Sony has everyone possible working to resolve this issue. To be honest, I was expecting this issue.

Always online - game over for me! XBL down for maintenance or your Internet is down for some reason and as a result you can't play offline. If this is the case I will not be purchasing it, period!

The Wii U version of Aliens Colonial Marines has a different developer than the PS3/360/PC versions.
PS3/360/PC - Gearbox who outsourced to Time Gate Studios (Developed Section 8)
Wii U - Demiurge Studios
With a different developer the Wii U has the potential to be better than the others. I guess we will know more when it is released and reviews are posted.

People do a lot of things they wouldn't normally do when they are behind a computer or console.
This is an issue with cloud based services. The only items impacted by this issue are retrievals of games saved in the cloud. Local game saves and online gaming are NOT impacted.

Blowing on the connector on a game cartridge did work. The saliva from blowing on the connector could damage the connector over time, which is why Nintendo didn't want consumers blowing on the connectors. Rubbing alcohol, which a high percentage, was the preferred unofficial method.

So they have issues handling XBL logins (launch day for Titanfall) and we have no clue if we will experience issues once we can get into the game. A bumpy road ahead for Titanfall I am sure.
