Sony never should have went personal and targeted a single person by bringing them to court.
Companies like Apple, MS, Nintendo all know piracy exists on their systems but instead of attacking the individuals hacking them they just increase their defences to stop it from happening again.
Even though what Sony did was right they should have played it cool, now the hackers won't stop till they are bored which is likely never.

5ml unique owners Vs. 12ml unique owners for Kinect is nothing to shout about especially when it was released 2 months before Kinect as well.

I don't think even PS3 fanboys can deny that. The difference between MS's exclusives are that they have MASS appeal similar to how COD has mass appear.
Sony has yet to make a must have franchise for the PS3 that can sell in the high multimillions.

Shocked at the Witcher 2 but pleasantly surprised about Child of Eden.
If I was anyone I would wait a bit, the 3DS price dropped rapidly after a few weeks and the same will likely happen to the PSV.
After the initial demand from the dedicated fans has gone prices will plummet.

The PSV won't sell as well as the 3DS, only the hardcore Sony fans will be buying this not the mass market, sales WILL drop after a few weeks that is certain. The PSP was dead everywhere but Japan so don't expect anything diffe...
400 is likely Nintendo rarely does too high.

I honestly believe in two years smart phones will be ahead of the 3DS and PSV in power. The iPhone is already ahead of the 3DS since it can run Unreal 3.
Sony should have let the PSV have phone capabilities because it won't survive for more than a couple of years same for the 3DS.
Don't blame them the Move attach rate is non-exsitent. At least the people who buy Kinect buy its games.
No Move exclusive software has moved over 1m and it apparently shipped 8ml units, either its hugely overshipped or people just aren't using it.

That won't happen, unlike Sony MS funds Gears (with advertising etc) and can afford to keep it exclusive.
Sony can't afford to keep 3rd party exclusive titles since they have too many first party studios to fund and just don't make as much profit as MS. Thats why they lost every major franchise from the PS2 era and are even losing some in this gen too (like Demon Souls and the all but confirmed Agent and FFvsXIII)
