They're talking about development in general.

It's pretty common knowledge that GDDR5 has higher bandwidth and one of the uses of RAM is for animations. Higher bandwidth equals more information for things such as animations. Since this is pretty common knowledge, I'm pretty sure even a novice programmer would know this. Whether or not they're working on a 2D game or the most complex game ever doesn't matter.

Lol. GTA V looked just as good? Can I have some of what you're smoking? And nobody has ever called inFAMOUS SS a perfect game, yet tons of people have called Titanfall that when it's not. So what's really lowering standards?

I'm having fun with both but servers are almost completely dead for Titanfall on PC and it's only been a few weeks. inFAMOUS SS, being a single player game, I don't have to rely on other people populating the game and it will be fu...

Is the Xbox One available in Italy? Even if it is, these numbers would make me believe otherwise.

It's not so realistic as it is overly sexualized. Those lips? Come on man! Nobody in a post-facecrab/fascist world would look that touched up. Alyx Vance's beauty was supposed to be natural and nothing like this.

I want a remake of Rule of Rose without any combat. The reason they had combat in the first place was because that's sort of expected from a horror game back then. But now with games like Outlast, Amnesia, etc. without combat, I think a remake without combat would work.

@Sorane:

Yup, I really don't want to see TLOU in VR, it's supposed to be great for its filmic qualities. I don't think film translates to VR very well. Most of those games won't work well as VR games either. I have a feeling Drive Club is still gonna have VR at some point, maybe not at launch but they'll probably patch it in or maybe they can implement it before launch?

I'm really starting to hate Kojima. I was a huge fan for most of my life but the guy just can't stop talking and damage controlling and exaggerating the amount of content inside his $30 demo. I don't care about how he pulled it from launch to give it more time to cook, it's still a short game with shallow "side missions" that are just there to pad out the experience. I hope GZ does poorly so more studios don't start pulling the same BS.

In June of last year he was very adamant about wanting 1080p 60fps to be standard, or atleast one or the other. Then the Xbox One comes along and he says it's all about gameplay and how graphics, resolution, and performance isn't everything.

Not only that. There's always a ton of streams of random people just chatting with viewers, getting drunk, being teases to viewers, etc. I even saw a couple of dudes playing their guitars. Iron Maiden baby.

"Unexpectedly popular" might sound like everyone wants one, but everyone doesn't want one. It's got a low attach rate and about 15 of my 200 something friends on PSN have the camera. Does that sound like "the majority"? The majority want a choice, and they're mostly choosing not to buy it.

I'll get one when the Morpheus is out.

They've been correct before but I need more than one or two good calls. I'm not gonna believe somebody can read minds because they get something right a couple of times. They're gonna have to continue to prove it a few more times.

It's also possible that those two other times they were correct, they did have good sources. Well, a site like Insiderp that is only around to give insider information is gonna need some traffic to generate ad revenue. Why not pump o...

I don't know about that. Their ads are the only ads to ever make me proud to be a gamer. To Michael! And they did a great job advertising TLOU. And I really miss Kevin Butler.

I don't know. I'm gonna wait until we get official numbers. Not sure how I feel about a site that looks like something I made in my graphic design class that I never went to. It's even called "Insiderp". Not saying these preorder numbers aren't impossible, just saying it sounds fishy coming from this site.

Right... I'm playing BF4... You're telling me that I'm playing a game when you have no idea if I'm playing it... Yes, I bought it because I fell into the hype and when I bought it I fell out of the hype. It was buggy. It was laggy. It was broken. It's the first game I've traded in in 5 years because it was that bad. I'm not buying another EA game, whether it's Battlefront 3 which I've been waiting 10 years for or Titanfall 2. That&...

When Kaiser denied my cousin for health coverage when he needed surgery, we had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for him. I was more upset about EA having DRM on Sim City because I have my priorities straight and that's why EA is the worst company in America. /s

Except this is for "Worst Company in America", not "Worst Gaming Company". Whoever makes these things in it to keep the eyes off of real criminal corporations.
