Wouldn't it be great if genuinely good games, with good stories, game mechanics and fleshed out characters where actually considered more important than "teh graphics"...
Because it's a slow news day...
There will be a Mario Kart U of that we can be certian.
Im still interested in seeing what MS has to offer for next gen, but if it's going to be Kinect 2 and blocking used games then count me out for supporting them.
True or not no company cares to talk about used games in any light and if ever they do so it is only in a negative, that being said MS is the more likely of the 3 to attempt to block used games, IMO.

"Consoles never launch with games that are huge leaps over the previous console generation"
Seriously, when did you start gaming?
NES to Snes was a huge leap, so was PS1 to PS2, PS2 to PS3 was gigantic and don't even get me started with the Saturn and the Dreamcast.
It is true most games don't look as good as they could until near the end of a console generation, but more often than not there is...
Honestly, average gamers won't care or even notice that stuff, we need to see more obvious evidence of a generational leap beyond prettier graphics and/or obscure details, I know that's easier said than done but I think it's important.
I know the PS4 is an impressive console but the games are what will sell it, until I can see or get hands on with a genuine PS4 game that demonstrates some impressive AI or innovative game mechanics, Im going to hold my judgement an...
It's an easy mistake considering they are equally as evil.
All these companies with old, tired business practices are refusing to change to adapt to an evolving market and instead are infringing on consumer rights and privileges in an attempt to stay relevant.
Micro transactions and DLC are not inherently bad, but they can be when they are being abused solely to make money and at the detriment of the consumer, you'll begin to see the whole industry move toward a "pay to play and pay again" kind of mentality and that in ...
Agreed.
But hey, it's better than teh best(random number) of (random character/boss/music/event/wha tever) so it's OK by me.
My problem with DLC and microinstructions is, If I don't feel like Im getting the full game even though Im paying the FULL retail price for it something is wrong.
We're buying a 75% finished game and they're often full of bugs, we put up with constant patches because the pubs push them out too early and then we pay with micro transactions to eventually get a finished product and yes Im saying it again we've already paid full retail price for it, but no, more o...
With big names sometimes you know you're getting a certain level of quality, but yeah if it was just for the cash and attention then I say no way.
"Will Hollywood Actors Dominate the Games Industry?"
It's certainly possible but I don't think it's a good idea, just imagine if David Hayter was never cast as Snake! it wouldn't be the same... So go for who best fits the role, Hollywood actor or not, IMO.
Not very much I imagine, people who are planning on buying it will do so regardless.
Never been let down by any Naruto Storm game and they keep getting better! Naruto Storm 3 seems to be continuind this trend cause it definitely looks to be the best so far.
And here we go again.
Of course that Cliffy B would defend micro transactions, he's a developer after all.
I have no problem with the idea of micro transactions, but they are abused way to much by the pubs/devs, If I buy a full priced retail game I want the full bloody game, I don't want to have to make multiple additional payments just to get the content that was intentionally held back to be sold later.
I wouldn't mind so much if we still had the choice to unlock thi...
MS has pretty much fallen of my radar tbh, they had some great IP's when the original Xbox launched and they continued that trend during the 1st few years of the 360's release.
But now what do they have? I don't really care to play Halo or Gears anymore and I buy most of my 3rd party games for my PS3 (Ive always had a preference for Sony, over MS at least) and I don't have to pay to play online.
If MS cant prove their still relevant to the cor...
Underrated? Well that's entirely debatable, personally I see no reason to give the game a free pass, broken promises/mechanics and gameplay contributed to a sub par experience for me.
1/10 is unplayable, 2/10 - 3/10 is just for games that are playable but are so bad they actually make you want to stop playing IMO, so going by that A:CM is at least a 2-3/10 IMO.
I'll admit the added disappointment from actually looking forward to this game contributes ...
People will never stop declaring "Nintendo is doomed" Nintendo after all, aren't trying to appeal to the same crowd as Sony and MS so that's apparently already reason enough to hate them for some people...
