Why would I argue a fact? Its true Halo helped popularize online console gaming, But games like Monster hunter, Quake III Arena, Socom and Counter strike where already popular online console games well before Halo 2 came and made online gaming simple to access for the masses.

Yeah but Golden eye 007 did it first, and before that it was Doom. Halo is only carrying on the FPS legacy, Im sure there will be another after Halo to do the same.
Still I agree Halo is a great franchise, I just cant stand the fanboys blowing it out of proportion.

Depends on the game really, A lot of games still have plenty of replay value and stuff you just cant get done with only one play through, like multiple endings and such. For me having just finished my second play through of my current gaming fix I feel like Iv got enough out of it and am ready to play a new game with new experiences.
Id rather wait and have a bug free game instead of waiting trough all the patch updates.

I know a lot of people hate on FF7 saying its over rated, and well maybe it is just a little but no more than other games. To me FF7 still stands tall as one of the best RPG games there is, It set the standard not only for cut scenes in games but it offered a compelling story, Character development, and fun and versatile battle system. Really what's not to like?
Just remembered Front mission 3! not sure that was very popular in the west either. But it was amazing! Probably the best Mech tactical RPG I ever played.
Z.O.E 2 is awesome! a gem of a game, If you haven't played it yet you should =)though its hard to come by.

MGS is on a whole other level to COD, its not my fault people cant see the obvious difference in the overall quality. MGS will always be remembered as one of the greatest games franchise to ever grace our consoles, COD on the other hand will be remembered for being overhyped, lacking in innovation, dishing out half arsed yearly sequels and having a fanboy following so devotedly blind to all of its faults they rival Apple fanboys...
Kojima is the real master mind here, Konami gets enough credit elsewhere. Not to mention Kojima is somewhat of a celebrity in his own rights, he deserves the praise.
Congrats Kojima!, I couldn't think of a more deserving franchise, I don't need to say why the MGS series is so awesome we all know why.
Games have always been consider art by me, Well obviously some more so than others, Im a bit of an artist so I guess I see things a little differently. Anyway I still think games should be globally recognised as art.

Cybernator was awesome! I don't mind admitting I may have been a little addicted to that game lol, But Im sure anyone else who played it knows what I mean. One of the best mech games ever imo.
