You know you can't lump all Nintendo fans into that.
It's all subjective. This isn't something that can be looked at or judged objectively. It's that murky gray water that companies want to operate in that has so many people upset.
If there's no real controversies then they have to try to turn every little nitpick into something huge.
I think the dlc for BotW is fairly priced to be honest. I bet it'll add a good 8-10 hours of gameplay which imo is perfectly reasonable.
If you think Breath of the Wild isn't a complete game without the dlc then I don't see how you could ever see any game as being complete.
You knew the negativity was coming, we all did.
Preface: I HAVE NOT read the article NOR HAVE I played Splatoon outside of about 15 minutes at Best Buy.
I do not personally care for Splatoon but even I can see how this could be massive in the esports world. I recognize Splatoon for what it is and even though it doesn't personally interest me I can see how it would greatly interest millions of other people. I try (let me repeat) TRY to be as objective as I possibly can be when looking at things that don't interest...
The only problem with what you said is there is no way to look at this matter objectively.
Same here, problem is is that I've got a huge backlog of about 50 games on Wii U that I honestly don't know if I'll ever get to them all. eshop sales have ruined my chances of that ever happening.
I've used my amiibos hundreds of times in Hyrule Warriors and still use them almost everyday and it's exactly as you say, they DO NOT give you a season pass or proper dlc, just a little extra to help with the grind of farming weapons and skills for said weapons. I've got the archer Link and Zelda amiibos preordered and I doubt I'll be getting anymore than that anytime soon.
In regards to dlc, I AM NOT one of those people that gets on other companies cases about releasing it. What they do with their games in regards to dlc makes no difference to me because I don't play their games so I couldn't care less and I just ignore it. I think it's stupid what companies charge for and even more stupid that people are willing to pay it but hey, if those people want to spend their money on it who am I to judge, I don't care how they spend their money just I p...
I'm guessing the story expansion/new dungeon we'll be playing as Zelda.
I'm guessing the additional story and dungeon you'll be playing as Zelda.
The game will be filled to the brim with content, even moreso than past Zelda games. You're incessant nitpicking is pathetic. How much are you paid to troll Nintendo articles? I'm curious.
When the entire game itself is less than 14 gigs what makes you think the dlc will be more than 2 or 3? Nintendo actually knows how to compress their game files unlike 80% of the rest of the industry.
I hope you said the same thing about TLOU.
I've got a backlog of about 50 games on my Wii U though to be completely fair some of that backlog is original Wii games I haven't gotten around to yet. I'd play some of those games but I keep going back to Hyrule Warriors.
You forgot Dragon Quest XI though I seriously doubt it will be localized by the end of the year. I really wish it was as popular in the west as it is in Japan because if it was I guarantee it would be a simultaneous worldwide release. Still, better late than never. I've got a huge backlog of games anyway but I can't hardly drag myself away from Hyrule Warriors.
superchiller will never stop hating Nintendo.
I think you meant to say NOT a necessity.
