Well if Capcom doesn't have enough resources for a next gen fighter, an new ip would also be out the question. Also Capcom did state two weeks ago Ultra Street Fighter Four isn't where it should be at point. An extra game designer and programmer would help speed up the process.

Well I did punch my neighbors Chihuahua back in mid-October and I blame BF4 for it.

Gears of War: Judgement should've just been an expansion to part 3 imho.
DMC flop doesn't mean the original series will be back. The people that made the series what it was has already move on.

Killing the team isn't going to make the situation better Interwave Studio, damage done.
Interwave would be better off letting the team finish the game rather than letting some outside studio fix. At the end of the day they would still have pay someone.

MS won't allow you access to those services for free. They would either make running Win 8 apps exclusively for XBLG or block some apps from working and make it an feature available for everyone.

It would be a huge gamble on Valve part. They would be better off adding exclusive features for SteamOS users rather than going down the exclusive for SteamOS road.
Even though all PC users would have to do is just dual-boot the OS on their machines or run the OS through a virtual environment, Valve would still receive some backlash over this.
Well resources doesn't always mean $$$/budget. Resources can also mean staff. Hire two new staff members wouldn't be costly and they can be let go once their job is done.
