You can you use a controller on the pc version. I used to pay with my 360 controller all the time. Though I did hate hacking and wall running with a controller. Not to mention when you have to a mastery test requires you to at specific spot.

Syndicate didn't get a lot of attention because EA and Starbreeze change the way the game originally worked. Most of the old Syndicate players wanted a real-tactical game not some FPS with a cheap story.

The reason some of the shareholders and Elop want kill or sell Xbox division because MS invest so much into the Xbox division. Possibly they don't deem the division profitable enough.
Oddly you don't hear these same people mentioning anything about WP8 or Surface. Which imho has been performing poor and has yet to become profitable for MS.

It's usually determined by people's opinions. At the end of a generation you will always have people that say their console won this generation or was the best.
You can ask some 360 owners and they will say their console won this generation. You can ask some PS3 owners and they will say their console won this generation.

I dunno they spent more than 70million developing Defiance. Plus given EoN development woes and the game had to be rework. Trion closing up shop for Rift in other countries. All this can be costly.
On the other hand Rift went F2P drew in a lot of people and they just reported over 250k new players added thanks to Steam. Though the number will only do some good if these people subbing or buying items out of cash shop.

I've own a 360 for the last six years and paid for XBLG (Zeal_Assassin is my gamertag if you don't believe me). It absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay to get access to certain features or apps. Especially when you free access to these same feature or apps on competing consoles and or platforms.

Microtransaction in mobile games for Android OS isn't so bad since you can hack the .Apk file quite easily.
The last few microtransaction games I had on my TF101 tablet, I hacked and gave myself 9,999,999 cash shop currency.
I use GameCIH and GameGuardian btw.
