Fragile looks awesome in HD.
Well fuck, that's actually an stupid statement, and the dude himself seems pretty cocky. Then again, it IS true for some...wich is pretty sad.
Actually, Prototype felt like a better game, despite being somewhat repetitive after a while.
@Karum
What I'm saying about Prototype is than you did felt more of a "super-hero", despite lacking an intriguing plot or anything. That's what I was reffering to when I said "game", and being honest, I found the overall gameplay to be better on Prototype than on inFamous.
"This year E3 was mainly for hardware, for Move, Kinect and 3DS. I saw many great games that I will buy for my son, few I will buy for myself," he told us.
"I continue to hope that our industry will one day seriously consider making games for an adult audience. Unfortunately, E3 showed little progress in this direction."
Wanting to be "mature" is the first sign of immaturity. If a game's fun, I'm okay with it, despite bei...
The fuck? Even Kefka is scarier.
I seriously don't get the hate for Jim, he just points out flaws in the games, and I can agree with him. Mass Effect is somewhat overrated, and so is Bioware. Does that makes it a bad game? Not at all. Is the game perfect? Nope, and he proves that.
You forgot KH1 was basically a fun, somewhat light hearted game about a dude trying to save his friends while traveling over Disney worlds that alot of us recognize, while KH2 got over the top dumb and complicated, if not stupidly annoying as well. The only good thing about KH2 was that the gameplay was better.
Casualization at its finest, unless done right.
It's like auto aim, except that last one CAN'T be done right.
Mother 3 isn't on that list. Mother 3 is the best RPG of all time. Go figure.
3D overall IS a "weird, gimmicky thing".
Ni no kuni is something I'm really looking foward, and despite the flaws it might have, I'm still gonna end up buying it. Valkyria Chronicles 2 seems sweet as well, despite knowing that it isn't as good as the first one.
Atelier Rorona is something I'm also looking foward to.
Also, FUCK YES Golden Sun.
Somewhat. I found it, while interesting the first time, boring after that.
If you bought Heavy Rain you bought a 10 hours long movie.
Not really, I do as well.
I'm more interested in games like this and Lost in Shadows, to name a few.
No Nier?
Pfft.
What a shame. The idea of twisting such iconic characters and locacions we grew up to love to the point they became incredibly dark sounded awesome.
Guess they just lost a possible fan, but I knew the game wouldn't really end up the way I would've liked it would.
I mean, remember that "suicidemouse.avi" video? Something like that into a game, it would've been really great.
Well fuck, that's some stupid shit I just readed there.
Then again, some people ARE creeps.
Indeed, and you know what's worse? Then they'll cry when they're not making much profit. Sigh.
Also, probably Bamco won't let any other publisher localize it, so yeah...fuck them.
Guess this destroys all the rumours about ToV and ToG.
What a shame.
Nomally I DO read reviews, but read more than one, and instead of looking at the Metacritic score I try to make up my mind on different games.
For example, I bought Nier, and I loved it despite getting low scores on reviews.
It's either the times or nostalgia googles, but it seems that some of those "innovations" just somewhat ruined the fun I had with games sometimes, and my overall perception of the gaming community.
