True. However, there are factors other than price. It is apparently cheapest to make things in China. But doing so comes with all the caveats you would expect from partnering with a communist country: human rights abuses, national security risks, industrial espionage, etc.
Also, if manufacturing moves back to the USA (the biggest free enterprise consumer market), prices may increase somewhat, but the standard of living will also increase due to the added jobs and increased wages.

Sony is remastering a game they themselves did not even support, and leaving classics like Resistance languishing in streaming limbo!
Ah yes, in addition to effing up the gameplay, they completely changed the story. Gone were the Angels and conversion centers, now they had Grims and a mutated human leader. Not knowing what the F was going on was a big part of what made 1 so awesome, but they replaced that with a generic hollywood evil guy.

Insomniac shot themselves in the foot with 2. They chased COD gameplay and lost a lot of what made the first game feel awesome. They tried to course-correct with 3, but failed to make it too awesome to ignore, so they didn’t bring back the people they lost with 2. I say this as a huge fan of Resistance.

EDIT 2: found it, they don’t list them on the app or website, but when you search from the PS5 all three are there. Very weird. Resistance games deserve more love from Sony than this.
Any article that lists the top 3 must-play PS3 games as Resistance, God of War 3, and Heavy Rain is spot on!

When asked why they have such an InFamous Resistance to continuing some of their IPs (leading to a virtual Killzone or Apocalypse for some PS3 franchises), questioners receive no reply, only Dead Space from Sony.

Whilst I agree with you - armchair quarterbacks are annoying - these are trained professionals who make games as their chosen profession. Potential customers have every right to evaluate the game on the merits and call out shoddy work. If Ford makes a vehicle that is butt ugly and runs like crap, people are justified in calling it crappy and not buying it.
That is a super great idea, I would 1000% pay full price for this! Only if Miyazaki directed, obviuosly. Bloodborne hooked me in a way Dark Souls never did.
