I'm all over AC III on Dec 7.
But I thought by making the game Multiplat, it was supposed to sell more. EA should have just kept Titanfall an Xbox/PC exclusive and had Microsoft advertise it as such. The game would have sold better now that Xbox's install base is larger than when the first game came out.
What is Adrift? Never even heard of the game or seen the game on any site.
On this I agree. I remember when games used to be 50 bucks before the Xbox 360/PS3 generation. I think 50 bucks is the sweet spot. That's one reason why I rarely buy games on release, because I'm not paying full price.
True. But a lot of people probably bought Gears digitally. That's what I am going to do if they ever have a sale on the digital version.
Because the original Titanfall was one of Xbox One's best selling titles and it even spawned a sequel. But now that they made it multiplat, they don't even know if they will continue making Titanfall games. People probably did lose interest because in a sea of multiplat first person shooters like COD, Battlefield, Overwatch, etc. Titanfall is just another one. They already said that Titanfall 2 only sold a quarter of the copies that Titanfall 1 did in it's first week despite Tita...
They should have kept it exclusive to Xbox One and PC. When you take away a game's console exclusivity, you might end up hurting the franchise, more than you think you are helping it. Everybody knows Xbox attracts dude-bro FPS gamers and The original Titanfall was one of Xbox One's highest selling games. When you make a game multiplat, then you set it up to have to directly compete with other multiplat shooters like established juggernauts Battlefield 1 and COD:Infinite Warfare.
Yeah, but Rise also went on to sell over a million physical copies on Xbox One alone. That's not even counting digital or PC sales. It likely would have sold even more had they kept it exclusive.
A lot of people are probably afraid to buy it after that beta that sucked so bad. Perhaps, it has improved since then. Or perhaps they should have kept Titanfall an Xbox One console exclusive.
It'd make sense if they did a Xbox One release as the first game was on Xbox. Xbox could use more Japanese games and it give this game a bigger audience. I have a PC but i'd get it for Xbox if they brought it there.
Ghosts wasn't that bad. Black Ops III was the worst entry in the Call of Duty franchise(Treyarch, Infinity Ward, or Sledgehammer).
Yeah Spencer is right. I tried VR recently and it does feel like it is just demoey and not an full VR game experience. Nonetheless, it is still a very cool piece of tech.
They should have released the game on Xbox One. I really don't get the point of making a popular franchise like Street Fighter exclusive to one console. That would be like EA making Madden exclusive to PS4. Just stupid.
It's a good thing they delayed this because the original video of the remaster looked terrible, however it looks like visuals are upgraded in the above video.
That's cus Xbox gamers don't buy crap games unlike PS4 gamers.
It's probably due to the low review scores.
SFV is still a franchise that has typically been on multiple consoles though.
You do realize Halo 4 is apart of the Master Chief Collection, right?
Gears might not be exclusive, but as someone who games on PC and Xbox One, you have to have a pretty decent Graphics card and processor in order to run the latest Xbox One games. You pretty much have to have a graphics card 3 years or younger to run Xbox One titles at decent settings. So it might as well be exclusive. That being said, it doesn't really make a ton of sense to buy a 600 dollar graphics card, if you can get an Xbox One S for like 300 bucks.
Bought both Gears 4 and Recore because of the Play Anywhere program and because they were a great price.
