Kirby it was a design choice based on the ARCADE. Which you held a plastic gun but didn't have a way to move the character.
Hey I loved House of the Dead which was on rails and I've pumped in many quarters into arcade games that were on rails and had fun.
That is how I feel. While the announcements are encouraging I need to see this stuff in action. So many questions about how good the gameplay will be if the types of things you can do are limited(like walking).

This is not an exclusive and if anything it is an old game. Had it on Xbox for a while and no not even close to GT or Forza.
Reminds me of Dead Rising 2. If you played the first it went from a down to earth photog with a game full of Japanese appeal. Now we get Chuck "American Douche" Green. Yeah, they try to make him sensitive with his little daughter but you can tell the sell-out western influence all over it.
I'm getting the same feeling from this one and I really enjoy the work NT has done in the past.
This game has multi player now? Why?
Something telling me we have another Bioshock 2 on our hands. Stuff in MP in a game that doesn't need it while rushing and cheapening your single player story/campaign so then everyone ends up disappointed. Then you look at the servers and see not even 25 people playing the MP.. Hate this trend.

There is always crap like this but I can say without a doubt when it comes to Halo people spare no whiny expense.
Love the game, not a single problem. Awesome campaign, the MP is simply the best, firefight rocks, Forge kick ass. 10/10 and the most complete package game I've played this year.
Why do you give the Wii a pass and the Arcade is critized even though it has a larger feature set than the Wii for less money?

There has to be a point where the purchaser has to determine what they want from the system. The concept with the Arcade SKU has always been giving you the lowest priced game machine to get into gaming. If MS is trying to hook people, why even offer the Pro and Elite? Just sell the Arcade and make everyone buy all the accessories, MS makes a lot of $$$ off of them. The Arcade offers a clear upgrade path to make it like the Pro or Elite if you choose to.

Don't you guys want to see the gaming industry grow? This is good for all of us gamers. I know you all are just having good fun but we as gamers should be united under the flag of great games not console loyality.
It does not suck. A friend of mine just bought one and he is having a blast.
These numbers are great for Sept considering that Sept/Oct are slow months until the holiday season. If MS gets these kind of numbers during slow times they are doing great. It will never be Wii numbers because Wii has tapped into a phenomena like a Beany Baby, Cabbage Patch Kid or Pet Rock.

I noticed in a screenshot on XBL in the NXE experience demo page a giant kickass looking anime robot holding a 360 globe in his hand. I'm really hoping those are the kind of characters we can use for avatars.

And to think this whole time RTW could of been working on a real+good Crackdown sequel instead of the DLC remake we got.
Bad decisions all around for everyone connected and involved in this company.
Once they said PC only for APB and passed by on the Crackdown sequel I knew it was a train wreck in the making.
