The ad seems fine to me. Considering it is a TV commmercial and will be played repeatedly if you are slow and didn't get it the first time I'm sure the other hundred times you see it might actually sink in.

It is a big money maker for MS and they won't give up that revenue.

This is not a bug fix update so I don't know what you are talking about. This is essentially an expansion and if I remember correctly Warhawk has many expansion's that PS3 owners are more than happy to pay for.
I do have to question what he is saying however since Criterion is doing a huge Burnout Paradise update(and have more planned) and are doing them for free.

That was EA that developed The Orange Box, Valve was completely removed from that process beyond supplying assets from their build.
I find it funny that when 1up ask's about the updates coming to the PS3 he says EA has no plans on supporting it. That is EA for you, make the game cash the check and be done with it. If PS3 owners want to throw some anger at someone maybe they should direct it to EA.
