Crackdown and the Oblivion DLC are 2 of the best DLC purchases I ever made. Burnout Paradise seems to also have fantastic DLC/updates but it's free so props to them!
I don't no about fake but usually they are grossly inaccurate.
I look to MediaCreate for real numbers but they don't cover as much as they should. Truth is, there is not much official tracking at all for Europe/Other so it's better just to take a shot in the dark and come out with numbers I guess. After the last NPD report and how wrong VGC was, it was the last straw for me putting any faith into these.

Great comment! "Give me the game first" exactly! Enjoy this great game and then if you find you want more of the experience check out the DLC. The game even without the DLC is worth the purchase.
Yup, I know a grip of people buying a 360 now that the price drop has happened. I recommend getting an in-store warranty just in case the worst happens you can take it back to the store and swap it out instead of waiting for a repair.

I hope MS makes the right decision and gives developers the freedom to make the games they want in an affordable way. I dont think this game is due till 2010 so there is plenty of time to resolve it.
Agreed. Halo has earned it's reputation while KZ1 was panned by most and R1 was considered mediocre and both the sequels are still up in the air.
They shouldn't be compared because they aren't in the same league as Halo(reviews/sales/online popularity)
Hype fades. If Halo was built on hype then why is it still played more than most games on either system? It is still #2 on Xbox Live. Believe me there is a lot more to Halo than the 3rd grade assesment you gave it. Everyone has their own opinions and that is fair if you don't like Halo but to act like the game doesn't deserve it I don't agree with.
When Halo 2 came out there was nothing on consoles that looked that good. Halo 3 should of stepped up in the graphics more so I agree with that.
Killzone 2 looks to take FPS console graphics to a new stratosphere. I will be getting a PS3 for KZ2.

R2 looks to be raising the online bar for consoles. Insomniac do great work so I have no doubt this game is going to be special.

I just hope that Turn 10 keep the games true to their form. If PGR becomes a sim then I will be disappointed. If they can apply that sim knowledge with PGR but keep it arcadey and improve the graphics(don't make it ugly like Forza) then I will be happy.
