If you are going to rip that deep into every element of the story how about you actually read the books? They talk about the armor as well as the ammunition and would answer your question.

Actually Biggest they are basically tied for exclusives this year. I've played 2 in just Sept with DR Case Zero and Halo Reach on 360.
I'm not counting the Move/Kinect stuff.

You know MS focuses on a much narrower window than Sony when announcing titles. You get lots of announcements and then delays(see LBP2) while nothing that MS announced for 2010 has been pushed back to 2011+..
