Beastly if the system came out today. Not beastly when it comes out in 18 months.
Sony has already shown us their games that are coming out in the next 6 months. They are there. Now they are showing us the future.
Microsoft didn't give any dates for their few new announcements.
Maybe not all games, but didn't they say all Microsoft games will be on Play Anywhere?
Scorpio's specs are not monstrous for something coming out 18 months. Why do people keep saying that?
Microsoft didn't show anything new except a console that comes out in 18 months.
How can you say they won?
They said before today Neo wasn't going to be there.
God of War just beat MS's conference all on its own.
Keep in mind this is 18 months away. It won't be as expensive then.
All the comments about this being a powerhouse and won't be cheap...
You realize it doesn't come out for about 18 months? Tech changes quickly and gets cheap quickly. If it came out today yes it would be top of the line... but not 18 months from now.
Same rumors also said only select studios were getting the devkits. To me that is a big contradiction. There is no way that is true if the console is coming out this year.
PS4 devkits were sent out over a year before PS4 was released. The devkits were upgraded only months after the original ones were sent out.
It very well may be coming out this year, and if it does I think it is a mistake on Sony's part.
Fox... PC's have been doing it forever... why don't you get that?
I have two gaming PCs at my house. One is about 7 years newer. Both can play some of the same games, obviously the graphics are vastly different... but otherwise the game is the same.
They don't care about power? Did you watch the E3 announcement? The whole segment was about the power.
I forgot we have a confirmed release date.....
It's obvious by left behind, they mean a game will be on all the systems, with differing graphics. Just like PC. What don't you get?
I think Sony wanted to see what MS would do. Now they can make sure Neo is just as, or more, powerful.
Agree with both comments above. That was a terrible demo.
You're taking things too literally man.
Kiwi, when people say that they are talking about future releases. That is the direction Microsoft has been going lately. No one said they were going to go back and put old games (like SSO) on PC.
Thanks for the laugh.
1 hour game trials have been exclusive to PS Plus for a long time and there have been many examples of it. This isn't something new. Not all demos are done this way, so what. They throw a bone to paying customers once in a while.
