BF2 and BF3 utterly decimate any other shooter ever made......there is no comparisson.
CoD is an arcade title with deathmatch and team deathmatch and is basically quake (funny it uses the quake engine, weird hunhh) with a military skin.
BF3 (on PC) will set the visual bar for all shooters of all time to a new level(previously held by titles like Metro2033 DX11, BFBC2 DX11, Crysis Wars DX10 ect.)
BF3 and MW3 is like comparing rosie o'...
the sale is a blatant trick to attempt to con non-regular video game buyers into purchasing shit for inflated prices...
example, darkspore-29.99, when on the same site you can buy for $26 after shipping from another seller, this is true with EVERY game on this sale, and most of these "sale" prices are the regular prices you would find at target or gamestop.
You can find way, way better deals around the net!

neverwinter nights 1 and 2 and the many, many great user mods and conversions make games like dragon age and mass effect seem shallow, i hope this game conmtinues that tradition, but i would be lying if i did not say i had my doubts

ouch.....it's super, super low res and still running at like 15 frames per second in the begining, they got a lot of work to do, but cdproject are awesome and i think they will pull it off, i hope the ps3 gets a version of it too!!
honestly though, like BF3, skyrim, rage, and of these high profile games coming out, or any multiplat form games from the last 3 years that you always wanted to play, do yourself a favor, and play them on pc

wow...just watched some youtube video and it does look really rough, they got a bit of time to clean it up, but honestly, it's a very sub-hd, muddy, grainy looking game.
I hope they turn it around, I'm buying that 24" 3d tv, (gonna give my bedroom 32" away :), that comes bundled with it so i hope like heck they do!

the game looks damn good for what it is....its a 10 year old quake engine......i like cod.....i think they just milk way to much and that's what pisses people off.....if they just gave the map packs out free everyone would love them!!!
but when 8 million people buy your game and you sucker 4 million of them to buy $15 map packs 3 or 4 times a year....why not....

i have never pirated a game or any music in my life, but this guy is such a douche, i may have to pirate gears 3....nahhhh he is not worth it, but i am seriously tempted, i wonder how many people will do it just to spite him
not to mention anti aliasing, 100x better shadows (the shadows on most console multiplats look horrendous), better lighting, better texture sizes, better draw distance, less pop in, faster load times, mods eventually, better/more control options, better framerate, better texture filtering, depth of field,blur,post process

I love hearing these devs skim over the glaring ineptness of the consoles...
this is the perfect size for console gaming, the bigger the tv, the more the sub-hd, low anti aliasing starts to factor in, i almost never play console games on my 50" panasonic, thats for pc games and blurays, things that actually cap out the tv's native 1080p, i play my consoles on a 24" monitor most of the time, so this tv is a day one purchase for me, so i can check the whole ps3 3d stuff out!!
