Just throwing that out there remember that PlayStation SIE is now based in America.
I hope I'm wrong but I think that this game is going to fly under the radar.
How many Sony is anti consumer articles and comments did we see? I want to see the same outrage from gamers and journalist.

So lets not talk about the fact that delaying a game costs money. Bend studious employees still have to get payed. Making the budget of the game increase.
And some say this game looks like shit. WTF.
It's everything they wanted from the original DRM Xbox. Minus being able to put DRM on physical. But do away with the physical disk drive and your looking at a always online DRM machine they wanted at launch.
More games as a service bullshit. No thanks.
This is how you know it;s a slow news week.
Can we have a conversation not only about those that did well but the one's that fail. I feel pointing out only the ones that are doing well and that cost the most money to make isn't helping us understand whats going on in the industry.
@Hardiman I think it's a great example. Because I don't see Days Gone doing 10 million like the other AAA single player offerings that Sony has to offer. Only time will tell but I would put money on it not outselling Horizon. Remember budget also goes into advertising which I also haven't seen much of on days gone yet. Spiderman was on trains in NY and buses in London well before the game came out.
Notice that you listing games that cost millions of dollars and come of the most expensive games to make. Now look at a title like Days Gone catching a lot of flack for not looking on par with those games on a way smaller budget and team. This is exactly what she's talking about. Look at a small dev team like Hellblade that just got bought out by Microsoft because they don't have the AAA budget. Your have to look at it from top to bottom. Not just give examples of the top. Point is th...
@starchild Try again bro For instance in 2017 PS4 made more for Ubisoft than Xbox and PC combined. https://www.tweaktown.com/n...
I think letting this dev go was a mistake.
Switch still needs more 3rd party support to fill in the gaps. This is why Sony dominates at a steady pace. They have everything from indie to AAA exclusives on lock. Switch has spikes when exclusives drop.
I wouldn't have a problem with the U2 model. Especially since all the DLC maps were free of cost. A great way to not split the player base.
@badz Just go to Twitch and look at the games streamed. Destiny, COD, Rainbow, Dota, Smash all online games. A lot of multiplayer games are in the top views with single player lasting a few weeks and dropping off. What I'm saying is look at it from a business prospective. While Spiderman was huge for Sony we have to look at the fact that games like Second Son a similar game sold 3 million. It's more of a risk to make a game that is single player than having a game that can generate mo...
Gears of War for me. So much time put into multiplayer.
Not that I agree with Phil but he was talking about the bigger picture pointing out one game isn't really the answer. And when you compare those games to lets say Fortnite has a point.
This would not be acceptable from any other platform but somehow people find the excuse for Nintendo. Honestly Online features like party chat and in game messaging are industry standards for gaming.
And then if it comes to PC they will try to cut out things like mods. They really have issues with people manipulating their games.
