How long did it take to develop? How much did it cost? How big was the dev team? How many 3rd party devs are going to invest that much into a single game?
Again - 1st pary is where its at, sorry correction - Sony 1st party is where it's at.
It's how you use the CU's - Sony learnt a valuable lesson with PS3 and the difficulty in getting the most out of it.
Mark explained as much in the deep dive, PS4 was a dev friendly machine - PS5 looks to be continuing that trend.

Who cares about multiplats when it comes to visuals? Everyone knows 1st party is where its at.

Both PS5 games announced have been from small teams, that is all.
Remember PS5 will be doing game design a little better than what a PC does. It's a completely different design philosophy to just 'higher numbers'.

We've seen 2 1st party games from ms - all in-engine - and only 1 looking any good.

2 Gamecubes stacked together, it only looks good vertically - horizontally it looks beyond average.

OG xbox AND 360 - they dropped that like a hot potato. And that was their most successful console.
They moved all development of games to xbox one. AGAIN - a smoke and mirror tactic - the decisions made at xbox are incomprehensible. They see their foot and shoot.
