I hate to say but I agree with you. Not to hate on Nintendo but I think people are getting bored seeing the same thing over and over. 'X' looks very promising.
They make it sound like its a bad thing. This is good so developers don't have excuses for making shitty ports to meet a deadline.
The ps3 was good for its exclusives now the PS4 should be good all around. And PC gamers should be glad now that they won't have to get half-assed console ports since it should upscale/downscale nicely. IMO this console vs pc thing is an imginary conflict.
I can't imagine anyone buying a PS4 and wanting to sit down and play PSone games like Grandia or FF7 on it or even PS2 games. Who's going to replay Gta3 or SWBf2 on the PS4?
If you plan to then I think you're in the extreme minority. Ps3 bc would be Great but screw paying $100 for a tacked on cell.

^ not that I disagree but you mention the Wii's sales but the truth is everyone was fascinated with it and it took off. Wiiu is sort of not as fascinating and most gamers right now are waiting on Sony's and MS next gen systems.
I do think that when the Wiiu gets a nice price drop that it should be competitive at that point.

The issue with sound was caused by the game's default setting being set to "surround sound". Switching to "stereo" will fix it. That did it for me anyway.
The game is epic by the way.
GranTurismo is a huge seller for Playstation so it seems logical to put it on the new system. And I'm not sure if GT6 on PS3 would look better than Drive Club.
I've gotten more than enough out of the ps3 so I'd be happy if GT6 were on PS4, or both systems. That's my opinion. If they wanted GT6 on ps3 it should have released this year imo.

I disagree. My hands are symetric. I own both systems and I have no problem with the Dualshock design except that sometimes it felt too small.

Yeah i've dropped mine down a flight of concrete stairs and its gotten no more than some tiny dents on the outer rim and a few scuffs.
The only design flaw I've come across is how the screen reacts with moisture. It's a result of the capacitive touchscreen, not a flaw with the system because my ipod has the same issue but I always have to restart the psvita when the screen encounters moisture, because it gets all wonky and there's no way of fixing it without ...
