it's because the forza engine runs based on the each car's physics, so that everything can have a possible effect on the car, tuning, ware, damage etc, rather then have pre-set physics calculations for cars like in gt. It's why they have such a problem with damage.
those are the exact same reasons peope prefer forza more (the snow and dirt tracks withstanding).
I've never seen a game with as much content(and by content I mean modes and game types, not the same car with a different model number) and customization as in forza 2. Everything from the decal work, to tuning options, parts etc.
One of the best games this generation, bungie and microsoft deserve their kudos.
so what about friction, drafting, heat, ware, tuning, sence of speed, and gravity.
FYI drifting is not driving, it's just one part, and just because it has the motion more correct doesn mean that the physics are better.
Forza still calculates more physics operations per second. Not to mention he's got the video backwards, the cars IRL clearly turn before drifiting like in forza.
I like FF logo's and the source logo also looks cool. Bunch of other ones too, most of those just seemed like they're from popular franchises and not actually 'bests'.
I thought L4d was a better gaming experience then mgs4 and I thought that gears of war, while not having as great a story, was far more rewarding in gameplay. It's not so black and white as it's better or worse and neither game is really comparable. Not to mention there are people out there that probably did like GoW2 over MGS4.... Just like I'm sure there are people who like spiderman 3 more then brokeback mountain.

psp and ps2 sales included, there a lot of people out there that still buy games for them. I read through the fincial report and it's wasn't ps3 specific.

But I knew a lot about halo before it was released. Just because an IP is new doesn't mean it's shrouded in secrecy and there's no news released.
