the list seems to be full of either very shallow experiences with too much sensationalist nonsense (*cough* mgs *cough*) or they're too bizarre to ever work, like diablo, or the games actually rely on it's gameplay to properly tell the story (bioshock, killing little sisters would never properly convey the emotion as it does in game).
The best games to be made into movies would either need to follow the comic book formula (halo), revolve around trite story plots and real world ...
I think Snake deserves his spot not being mentioned at all.
with masterchief and gordon freeman playing tea-cup as the 2 most 1 dimensional and trite characters ever made.
the PS3 was delayed a year in launch, and had it's dev kits released earlier than the 360. Developers had just as much time spent with the ps3 then the 360.
Isn't that the exact same as double posting? You don't blame the website when you do that, it's your own ignorant fault for not being patient enough to let it load.
world in conflict i think should be included there too somewhere.
I was only getting about a 20% increase in preformace yields and the drivers were causing havoc for me. I really hate sli.

how can you comapre this to haze...
haze got 4-6's
ninja gaiden's got 7-9's...
kojima is just as arrogant.
that's looking only at specs, when it comes to a comparison between price vs preformance ati is neck and neck with nvidia... and they have true quadcore running.... and 8 way... technically. Unlike nvidia who's sitting at tri-sli or w/e.
gears 2 looks to be the best in graphics for any console yet again. Can't wait.
merging the tech is a useless feat, you either need to go full ray tracing or full rasterization. There's a good article about it here
http://www.pcper.com/articl...
one major problem is that if someone approaches a reflexion they're going to have to fully raytrace everything anyways.
you do know MS was planning to buy nintendo before they developed the 360.
fable 2, gta4, gears 2, fallout 3 are the contenders.
ms... crushed? i think you're forgetting just what neighborhood MS grew up in.
ms knows 2 things, copy and kill, or buy and smoother, either way, MS is king at crushing it's competition.
the difference is that people who work in the industry can properly gauge the time required for them to release a title... or is it that people outside the industry like to spill news about titles before the nda is up?
people say it takes a long time to make a game... True, but there's always a deadline, and people are able to tell how complete the title is before they release media.
So heres what to do, mention that the studio is working on a new title, release some concepts etc, keep it under wraps until you're at about 1 year left of development, release post dated media, then release new content as you reach the launch date.
the other problem is not info being released by ...
I honestly think operation flashpoint is the king military shooter >.>
implies that that 2 people can play the main story. 2 player is used more to descibe other portions of the game, like arcade modes in racing.
halo has 4 player co-op and 16 player online.
conkers bad furday (original) had 4 player with a lot of bots... which was awesome.
