Instead of buying gears of war 4 for the 360, it'd just be gears of war 4, then if you ever decided to get the new console your old game would look like that of the generation leap, you'd never have to upgrade if you didn't want to. It's pretty much ensuring that the next console would be future proofed for games like the ps2 was, and it'd always ensure developers would have a market.

there tends to be a finger-trap effect with regards to DRM, the tougher it is, the less friendly people are with it, and the more they are to pirate. However At the same time you see things such as IRC, which is free recieve much more support. Maybe the option isn't more DRM, but more in the line of steam.

He shouldn't get any special reviews. However I also don't think that a game that gets delayed should be reviewed in the same light. Lionhead made cuts to the game due to a deadline to get the game into players hands for the holidays, and I think that they should be commended for that rather then punished.

Cell shading is called that because the actual shading is done via cells, it starts and end at abrupt points as apposed to a gradient tone.

it feels far to drawn and heavily stylized for cel shading, this is more similar to a graphic novel/comic book then cell shading.
If you asked a person who owned a single console what his favorite games were. You would need to ask someone unbiased, and you'd have to look at how well a game sold and popular it is.
